Maintenance Weekly - Pallmann Hardwood Floor Cleaner Pallmann Hardwood Floor cleaner, in conjunction with the Pallmann Microfiber Cleaning Pad, should be used on a weekly basis or as needed to clean your Magic Oil Floors. The residue-free formula will maintain the natural beauty of the finish. Pallmann Hardwood Floor Cleaner is the only recommended cleaner for Magic Oil Floors. Yearly - Pallmann Magic Oil Care Over time your Magic Oil floor may begin to show wear or lose its even matte appearance. Magic Oil Care should then be applied to restore a fresh even look. Magic Oil Care is not intended as an everyday floor care product but only for occasional use to maintain the floor s desired appearance. The frequency of application of Magic Oil Care will be dependent on the floor s level of use. Please refer to our website for instructions on how to apply Magic Oil Care. Several Years Later A new coat of Magic Oil may need to be applied to your wood floor several years after the initial application. This will ensure that you do not wear down the current application of Magic Oil to bare wood, causing expensive sanding procedures. Compared to resanding, the reapplication of Magic Oil is an inexpensive procedure that can often be completed in one day. We recommend that you contact a Hardwood Flooring Professional for recoating options.

To achieve best results, pre-mix the entire jobsite quantity of desired colors into a large container, then pour back into the smaller containers prior to adding the hardener Magic Oil 2K Part (B) to ensure a uniform color. Two Tone Color: A two tone color is achieved by applying one coat of the desired color on day one, and then applying the second desired color a minimum of 24 hours later. Failure to wait the minimum 24 hours will result in uneven color appearance. Please note: all colors shown in this brochure are displayed on White Oak. Wood flooring is a natural product that produces different grain structures that accept colors differently across all wood species. Always perform a test on your own floor to ensure color selection is correct.
