Welcome! Teresa Kennard and her husband Kes set up the Yoga Retreat in the year 2000. The Yoga Retreat is a calm Eco-friendly environment embraced by nature, with a balanced -realistic- approach which they believe to be the secret of a true transformation. Menu The restaurant is open from 7-8pm. We use all natural sea salt, ghee and organic produce as much as possible. We do not use MSG. On Friday nights there is an Indian buffet for. The buffet includes Daal, chickpea curry, potato curry, prawn curry, chapati, coconut chutney, green mango salad, brown rice and puri puri.

Raw Breakfast Menu Any breakfast is included for Retreat students but if you would like a raw breakfast there is an extra 50 baht charge. The Breakfast Bowl Add goji berries, cacao nibs or ground flax 20 baht each Shredded coconut and apples mixed in homemade cashew nut milk topped with a medley oforganic nuts, seeds and raisins and a drizzle of local honey. Cacao Power Bowl 170 baht Fresh papaya and mango (or banana) mixed with shredded coconut served with a medley of nuts, seeds and raisins and topped with homemade, chocolaty cacao-cashew milk.
