Its Mother Earth is the region of Conegliano, where the passion for good and authentic things has resulted in a wine that is synonymous with excellence all over the world. RIVAY EXTRA DRY is made with grapes grown on a small plateau of calcareous marl, with a composition completely different from that of all the surrounding soil. Le Rughe Prosecco Doc Millesimato Extra Dry We devote a long time to the maturing of the mousse, tiny bubbles rich in grace, that accompany the delicate fruity fragrances and burst in the glass when served. The sugary residue completes the work, making the meeting with this extremely pleasant Spumante a harmonious and unique occasion. Prosecco Doc Millesimato Brut After refermentation with the Charmat method, all the sparkling wines produced by LE RUGHE remain at a low temperature in an autoclave for at least three months. The bubbles and the delicately fruity fragrances are refined and, though they do not release a high pressure, the combination of acidity, mousse and sweetness is very pleasing to the palate. Prosecco Doc Millesiamto Dry The clinging vines weave shadowy arbours. Even Virgil helps us understand the ancient noble origin of the vine, whose fruit we use to make the different versions of Prosecco, proposed here as DRY, sweetish and sensuous.
