VANILLA NOURISHING PROTEIN ALMOND BUTTER SMOOTHIE From @gatherandfeast 1 cup chilled almond milk 2 frozen bananas 2 tbs almond butter Cacao nibs 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 2 scoops THE SUPER ELIXIR Vanilla Nourishing Blend Vanilla Nourishing, frozen bananas, almond milk, almond butter and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cacao nibs and serve.
CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POPS From @fooddeco 1 sweet potato 200ml coconut milk 3 scoops THE SUPER ELIXIR Chocolate Nourishing Skin and cut the sweet potato in cubes. Bring a pot of water to the boil, add sweet potato and cook until soft (approximately 20 minutes). Drain and set aside to cool. Combine sweet potato, coconut milk and Chocolate Nourishing and blitz. You could add a pinch of salt to the mixture to enhance the flavours. Fill popsicle molds and freeze.

STRAWBERRY VANILLA SMOOTHIE From @gatherandfeast RAW CHOCOLATE TART From @wholeveganpantry Strawberries Mixed berries Organic almond milk 1 scoop of THE SUPER ELIXIR Vanilla Nourishing Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz until creamy. Base 2 cups desiccated coconut 2 cups raw cashews 1 handful dates pitted 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup raw cacao 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 3 tbs coconut oil Raw Choc Creme 6 ripe avocados 1 cup coconut oil 1 cup cacao powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 2 scoops THE SUPER ELIXIR Vanilla Nourishing Line tin with baking paper and grease with coconut oil. Blend all the ingredients for the base. Squash onto the bottom and sides of the tin. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Remove carefully and slowly with a sharp knife. Blend all ingredients for the raw chocolate creme and spoon into the base. Keeps in the fridge for 5 days.

Add the almond butter, maple, cacao powder, cold water, Chocolate Nourishing and sea salt and blend for a further few minutes until very smooth.

KIDS CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POPS From @thebarefoothousewife Pops 2 cups of chopped (very ripe) bananas 4 pitted dates 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 scoops of THE SUPER ELIXIR Super Kids Chocolate Nourishing Chocolate topping 1/2 cup chopped cacao butter 1/2 cup cacao powder 1 tsp maple syrup Sprinkles (optional) pistachios, peanuts, almonds, pecans, toasted coconut, freeze dried berries, dried fruit Blend all the pop mixture in a high speed blender.pour into popsicle moulds & freeze overnight. This mix made 6 pops, however might make more or less depending on the size/shape of your mould. To make the chocolate topping gently melt the cacao butter over a double boiler, take off the heat & whisk in the cacao powder & maple syrup (or preferred sweetener) to taste. Dip the pops into the chocolate topping, then the sprinkles. Eat straight away or wrap individually & freeze in an airtight container.
