GENERAL TERMS AND PROVISION FOR ON-SITE PACKAGES Provisions: 1. All rates are net rates and include applicable Florida State Sales taxes, Florida County Resort taxes, and Florida County Surcharge taxes at current rates, which tax is subject to change without notice. 2. If the package includes dining, please note the following: Reservations are required for dinner shows and strongly suggested for Character Dining and table service restaurants. Call (407) WDW-DINE (407-939-3463 for reservations. Reservations are subject to availability. An accepted major credit card guarantee is required for dining reservations. Cancellation charges are assessed for no shows and certain cancellations. Call (407) WDW-DINE (407-939-3463) for details. A special phone line that only handles dining cancellations is available for Guest convenience: 407-WDW-CNCL. Dining reservations may be booked or cancelled by visiting any table service restaurant podium, Walt Disney World Resort Hotel front desk, concierge or Guest Relations, or by calling 407-WDW-DINE. Dress code for signature restaurants is business casual. Not permitted in dining room: T-shirts, tank tops, swimsuits, or swimsuit cover-ups, hats for gentlemen, cut-offs, or torn clothing of any kind. Some dining locations operate seasonally. Packages including dining are unavailable for Guests under the age of 3, but they may share from an adult plate at no charge or purchase a meal from the menu. Guests ages 3-9 must order from the children s menu where available. Restaurants may not be able to seat split parties close to each other. Theme Park admission is required for in-park dining locations. Will-Call Pick-Up: Off-site tickets should be obtained by the passengers at the Guest Services desk at one of the following ticket sales locations: Epcot, Disney s Hollywood Studios, Disney s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, or the Ticket and Transportation Center at Magic Kingdom Park.
