SLOW YOUR ROLL: BEGINNER SUSHI Fri, September 16, 6p-8:30p $75/person Fri, September 29, 6p-8:30p $75/person In this beginning sushi experience, our expert sushi chef will lead you through the basics of rolling, cutting, and preparing three classic sushi rolls a California roll, a Philadelphia roll, and a coconut shrimp roll. Participants will learn basic Japanese knife skills, proper sushi plating, and expert garnishing techniques. This class is all about preparation, plating and presentation! An assortment of Japanese beer and sake will be available in class for purchase. In this class you ll become a baking master as you successfully create classic dinner rolls, savory herb rolls, buttermilk biscuits, and fluffy pizza dough.
