Today it is run by Antonella and Nicola Titone, who have converted to organic farming. There are 19 hectares of olive grove with 6,000 trees. Intense limpid golden yellow colour with delicate green hues, aroma is ample and definite, rich in notes of medium ripe tomato, white apple and banana and hints of black pepper, taste is full and vegetal, with a flavour of broad beans, lettuce and notes of basil, mint and sage. Bitterness is strong and pungency is distinct. Intense limpid golden yellow colour with light green hues, aroma is ample and rotund, endowed with hints of artichoke, chicory and lettuce, together with definite aromtic notes of black pepper, cinnamon and almond.
