HAVANA 3YR (Cuba) 4.2 Made and aged for 3 years in Cuba under the supervision of Cuban maestro's Roneros. CHAIRMANS RESERVE (St Lucia) 5 White Label Aged white Rum, but then filtered to remove the colour while keeping the rich flavour. ALANTICO PLATINO (Dominican) 4.2 Handcrafted from a blend of fresh cane juice based rums and molasses based rums. BRUGAL (Dominican) 4.2 Double distilled to create a dry and crisp taste. BANKS 5 (Caribbean) 5.3 This is a blend of five rums from distilleries in Trinidad, Barbados and Guyana. They add a little Batavia Arrack from Java and the result is a beautiful cocktail rum. DON PAPA (Phillippines) 5.3 Distilled from some of the finest sugar cane in the world, aged for 7 years then blended to perfection. MOUNT GAY 1703 (Barbados) 15.5 Master Blender Allen Smith carefully blends and selects the finest single and double distilled rums from the oldest reserves. LA HECHICHERA (Colombia) 7.5 A blend of gracefully matured rums, aged between 12 and 21 years in American white oak. BACARDI GOLD (Puerto Rico) 4 Bacardi Gold was created in 1862 in Cuba. Today it is produced in Puerto Rico and it is the world's most popular gold rum. Sometimes known as "Oro". BACARDI FUEGO (Puerto Rico) 4 Fuego ages in torched oak barrels for at least a year and is charcoal filtered before bottling. Loads of cinnamon notes. MOUNT GAY BLACK BARRELL (Barbados) 4.7 Bold spice balanced with oaky vanilla and sweet caramel. MOUNT GAY ECLIPSE (Barbados) 3.9 Distinctive floral and fruity notes of apricot and banana, with hints of vanilla. PAMPERO ESPECIAL (Venezuela) 3.9 Matured for 18 months in oak casks for an intense, mature taste, Pampero Especial has set the standard for Venezuelan rum by being the first to be labelled aged, or 'añejo'. PLANTATION BARBADOS (Barbados) 6.3 Full of personality with aromas of nougat, mint chocolate, candied walnut on the first palate evolving to candied orange, vanilla and pastries with a sweet and biscuity finish. PLANTATION NICARAGUA (Nicaragua) 6.3 The palate is fine and intense with demerara sugar, banana chips and nutmeg, and elegant smoky notes, finishing on caramelized sugar and spice. PLANTATION GUYANA (Guyana) 6.8 Plantation Guyana is the only rum in the Plantation range to have sugar cane syrup as its raw material. From a long fermentation, then distilled in a Charente alambic pot still and finally aged in bourbon casks a fine balance is earned. PLANTATION PINEAPPLE (Caribbean) 5.5 Pineapple infused rum, notes of tropical fruit, smoke, citrus peel and cloves. RON DE JEREMY (Panama) 3.9 Not overly sweet, but enough to give support to the intense waves of fruit and oak. A good development of the spice and dried fruit from the nose leads to an elegant and refined mid-palate.

ST. TERESA 1796 (Venezuela) 7.5 Mellow yet complex, offers tobacco, leather, toasty and smoky notes. This is achieved through the solera method. ELEMENTS EIGHT GOLD (St Lucia) 5.5 Rounded, complex aroma of honeyed fruit, raisins and prunes with good tasty oak undertones. SMITH & CROSS (Jamaica) 4.2 A Navy Strength edition of the classic Smith and Cross Jamaica rum, this stuff is beautiful for sipping neat, and works tremendously well with a couple of ice cubes and a squeeze of lime juice. TAKAMAKA (Seychelles) 4.2 Light caramel and toffee, with a background of oak, ginger, vanilla. With a balanced finish of oak and a touch of spice. HAVANA 7YR (Cuba) 5.3 The process of this rum takes more than 14 years and the minimum age of any rum in the blend is 7 years. CHAIRMANS RESERVE (St Lucia) 5.3 The pot still richness comes through on the nose with sweet and spicy vanilla from the oak. The palate is rasin fruit, tobacco and spice. ALANTICO PRIVATE CASK (Dominican) 6.3 The is the ultimate expression of Alantico, blend of rums up to 25 years. This rare rum is known as one of the finest rums in the world. GOSLINGS BLACK SEAL (Bermuda) 5.3 A brilliant rum for sipping or mixing. The name comes from the black wax that originally sealed the bottles. MYERS (Jamaica) 3.9 Myer's Rum is a Jamaican rum named after Fred L Myers who created that brand in 1879. It is a blend of 9 different rums. ANGOSTURA 1824 (Trinidad & Tobago) 12 These rums are aged in American charred oak bourbon barrells for a minium of 12 years, blended then re-casked. Upon the rums optimum maturity it is then hand bottled. SKIPPERS (Guyana) 5.3 This is a dense, dark molasses based rum aged up to 7 years. RUMBULLION (British) 5.3 At the core of this fabulous winter warmer lies the finest Caribbean rum blended with creamy vanilla and a generous helping of zesty orange rind. BACARDI NEGRA (Puerto Rico) 4 A dark and intense rum that captures the bold flavours of oak, orange peel and sweet molasses. ST. TERESA RESERVA (Venezuela) 4.2 This fruity rum combines the freshness and the subtle firmness of the wood. BLACKWELLS (Jamaica) 4.2 Made from finest Jamaican sugar cane. VIRGIN GORDA (British) 6.3 Full-bodied, with an initial sweetness followed by the rich Bourbon-like tastiness of vanilla. Smooth and incredibly long.

SEALES (Barbados) 4.5 A rich 10 year old rum from Barbados, lots of character and richness, very smooth too. SPICED KRACKEN (Caribbean) 3.9 A dark spiced Caribbean rum with an old-style bottle to earmark it out for greatness. CHAIRMANS SPICED (St Lucia) 5.3 The rum contains local spices and fruits including cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, vanilla, coconut, all spice, lemon and orange. We have also added Richeria Grandis known locally as Bois Bande a bark renowned in the Caribbean as a potent aphrodisiac to give an added kick to the rum. FOURSQUARE (Barbados) 5.3 Aromatic nose with raisins, prune and some treacle. Slight vanilla notes and lots of wood. Big and full in the mouth. BACARDI OAKHEART (Puerto Rico) 4.2 Some of the rums used to make Oakheart were aged in bourbon casks, and the result is fantastic. Brings up the vanilla, cinnamon notes. SAILOR JERRYS (Caribbean) 3.9 The all-natural spices and flavours we chose give our rum a rich, smooth taste characterized by top notes of vanilla and cinnamon. PUSSERS (British) 4.2 Pusser s Blue Label is a Royal Navy style rum inspired by the Admiralty s blending recipe last used when the Royal Navy discontinued its daily ration on 31 July 1970. WOODS (Guyana) 5.3 Wood's is the only Demerara navy rum still bottled at 57% AB, the original strength served on British Navy Ships. Made using traditional pot stills, it is a smooth dark rum with punchy notes of brown sugar and thick toffee. RON CUBAY 10YR (Cuba) 6.3 This is the top of their range, one to take your time over and not be rushed. FLOR DE CANA 7YR (Nicaragua) 8 This mahogany hued, extra-smooth and full-bodied rum is best served on-the-rocks. FLOR DE CANA 12YR (Nicaragua) 6.3 This reddish amber rum is stately and elegant, semi-sweet. Try it neat, on-the-rocks or with a splash of water or soda. FLOR DE CANA 18YR (Nicaragua) 7.4 This stunning amber rum is full-bodied, with a rich complexity of flavors and a smooth finish that stays with you, long after the swallow. Flor de Caña Centenario 18 has almost two decades in the making, and you can taste the craftsmanship and tradition in every drop. RON ABUELO 12YR (Panama) 5.3 The smoothness and complexity of this rum will fulfil the most sophisticated and demanding palate. RON MILLIONARIO 15YR (Peru) 6.3 This spirit from Ron Millionario is a beautifully packaged solera-aged rum. Notes of sticky toffee pudding, dates and walnuts, Molasses, dark brown sugar and vanilla RON MILLIONARIO XO (Peru) 12.5 The main flavours of caramel, oak spice and baking spices seem to be perfectly melded together. Hints of raisin, figs, tobacco and chocolate.

DOORLEYS XO (Barbados) 5.3 The light, aroma and tropical fruit in the initial taste then hints of spice and roasted nuts lead to a warm smokey finish. PYRAT XO (Guyana) 5.3 Mellow blend of caribbean rum aged up to 15 years in French Limousine and Americans sweet oak barrels. ENGLISH HARBOUR 5YR (Antigua) 6.3 Made from molasses in copper piped continuous stills then aged for 5 years in whiskey and bourbon barrels. ENGLISH HARBOUR 10YR (Antigua) 11 Slightly heavier than the 5 year due to the ageing in the barrels. Hint of citrus, dried fruits, vanilla and burnt sugar notes. APPLETON 12 YR (Jamaica) 4.8 A constantly evolving taste experience you ll find deep oak, fruity, and cocoa notes, followed by delicate molasses, vibrant orange peel, rich vanilla, subtle coffee, with a hint of toasted oak and almond. APPLETON VX (Jamaica) 6.5 No let-up, with enveloping flavours of toasty spices and big-hearted toasty oak, this is determined to make a statement. Brugal XV is a unique blend that combines rums aged 3-8 years in white American oak casks and rums aged 2-3 years in ex Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. HAVANA 15YR (Cuba) 17.5 This 15 year old is created by 'repeatedly' blending the rums and aguardientes and maturing them in old oak barrels. A pleasant smoky oak and spice finish blended with candied fruits give the experience a remarkable balance. RON ZACAPA 23YR (Guatemala) 6.8 One of the giants in the rum industry. The rums aged between 6 and 23 years old and are blended together in a solera. RON ZACAPA XO (Guatemala) 16 It s the specific combo of Guatemala's soil, climate and altitude, together with the Master Blender that create this awesome rum. An assemblage of fine rums 12-20 years old, all originating in Barbados, this is a wonderful reflection of the island itself. EL DORADO 5YR (Guyana) 3.9 This remarkably developed and complex medium-aged rum has a distinctive delicate taste and is aged for a minimum of 5 years in bourbon oak barrels. Lively with a dried tropical fruit nose with aromas of caramel, butterscotch and molasses. A vibrant spicy entry leads to an evolving palate of fruit, caramel and toasted coconut, fading to a vanilla-tinted glow. EL DORADO 8YR (Guyana) 4.5 This 8 Year Old rum is a complex fusion of a full flavoured, heavy bodied rum with light-to-medium bodied rums aged in bourbon oak casks, hints of tobacco mixed with caramel toffee. EL DORADO 12YR (Guyana) 5.3 A blend of specially selected aged rums, the youngest being no less than 12 years old. Hints of Lush tropical fruit and spice nose with hints of honey and dark sugar. EL DORADO 15YR (Guyana) 6.5 A combination of specially selected aged rums, some as old as 25 years, packed with dark coffee, candied orange, almonds, dark chocolate, pepper and rich vanilla.
