To make a reservation please note that... 1. A non-refundable deposit of 10.00 per person is required upon booking to hold your reservation. 2. Due to demand for reservations, if deposits are not received within 14 days of the booking we reserve the right to release your reservation without notice. 3. Party Nights and Cabaret Bookings are payable in full one calendar month prior to the date of the event. 4. Bookings for New Year s Eve (Alsager Suite and Stables Bar) are all payable in full by no later than 1st December 2017 this includes any bedrooms booked. 5. Please make cheques payable to the Manor House Hotel. Payment can also be made by cash or credit/debit card. 6. If you wish to cancel, you must notify the hotel in writing and the hotel will be entitled to retain your deposit. 7. Deposits and full payments cannot be refunded. Cancellation of prepaid dates cannot be credited to your party s account. 8. Should the hotel be closed due to inclement weather, a full refund of the monies paid will be issued in accordance with point 10. Should snow / ice mean you cannot attend an event, your non-refundable deposit will be held by the hotel and can be used against accommodation, food and beverage purchases at another 2017 Christmas event (subject to availability). 9. The Hotel may cancel the booking at any time and without obligation to you in the event that the deposit payment schedule is not met by you; the hotel or any part of it is closed for reasons beyond the hotel s control or if the hotel is sold or ceases to be operated by Manor House Hotel Ltd. In such events, a full refund of any monies paid by you to us will be refunded from our Head Office. 10. Groups of less than 10 guests may be asked to share a table with other parties. This only applies to the Alsager Suite on Party Nights, Cabarets and New Year s Eve. 11. Accommodation cancellation policy during the festive period is 24 hours notice to avoid incurring a full cancellation fee, with the exception of New Year s Eve accommodation which is payable in full by 1st December 2017 and is non-refundable unless re sold. 12. The Hotel reserves the right to change any of the cabaret acts & entertainment listed due to situations beyond our control and to cancel any of the events listed due to lack of numbers. 13. Dress code for all events is smart casual, any guests not adhering to this may be asked to leave the premises. 14. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.
