Puglia, Salento peninsula, South Italy, provinces of Brindisi, Lecce, Taranto. Land of calcareous rock and reddish, iron oxide stained soil. Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. Deeply coloured red dry wine. Slight pleasant bitter, rich sweet fruity. Rich full body. Store correctly it may be aged for 5 years. Alcol 12%vol; Acidity 6,5g/l; residual sugar 4,5 g/l; dry extract 24 g/l. Ideal with pasta dishes, meats, cheese. Serve at room termperature 18 C. Bordeaux bottle and Tiffany bottle. Soft pressing refining in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks allowed this white wine to gain more flavourness an ripeness. A classic dry white with a typical nose of golden honey and aplles and a harmonious, well balanced and full bodied palate. A refresching finish. Drink while young.
