The bouquet is intense with a fragrance of white fruit, pear, and white flowers. It is soft, harmonious and balanced on the palate. 6 Tramoser, Venezie Bianco I.G.P. 2015/16 26.50 Faccioli, (13% Vol.) VENETO Framoser is a blend of Traminer, Sauvignon blanc and Moscato grapes from the Venetian region. The colour is bright, intense, yellow pale; the aroma is fresh with a fragrance of tropical fruits. It is dry on the palate with a fruity end.

Bin Vintage Bottle 7 Sauvignon Borgo Tesis D.O.C. 2015/16 26.50 Fantinel, (12.5% Vol.) FRIULI Sauvignon Borgo Tesis is a radiant white wine with a delicate aroma of pepper and a lean velvety taste. It is a very elegant wine from the Friuli region, a prime example of good wine making. 8 Langhe Bianco D.O.C. 2014/15 27.50 Salvano, (12.5% Vol.) PIEMONTE Langhe Bianco is a blend of Chardonnay, Arneis and Sauvignon produced in the villages of Castagnito, Diano d Alba and Neive. It is a straw yellow colour wine with a wide bouquet of flower and exotic fruit, with a fresh, soft and harmonic taste. 9 Falanghina, Beneventano I.G.T. 2015/16 28.50 Vinosia, (13% Vol) CAMPANIA Falanghina is a pale straw colour wine with a delicate fruity nose and aromas of pineapple and apricot. It is dry on the palate with good fresh acidity. 10 Vermentino Colli di Luni D.O.C. 2015/16 30.50 Lunae, (13% Vol) LIGURIA The Cantine Lunae, a historic Ligurian winery, identifies itself with a unique territory, Colli di Luni which join Liguria with northern Tuscany. The wine has an intense straw yellow colour with light golden reflections, the bouquet offers an elegant fragrance with marked aromas of wild flowers, aromatic herbs, spices, ripe fruit and honey. On the palate it has just the right sapidity, harmony and persistence. This Vermentino is also capable of surprises many years after the vintage if kept properly in a cellar. 11 Collio Pinot Grigio D.O.C. 2015/16 35.50 Fantinel, (13% Vol.) FRIULI The Pinot Grigio Collio, is one of the best expressions of the white wines from Friuli in the North East Italy. It is a brilliant straw yellow wine, with an intense and persistent bouquet reminiscent of vanilla. It s dry, fresh and delicate, with a good backbone of acidity. 12 Gavi dei Gavi D.O.C.G. 2014/15 35.50 La Ghibellina, (12.5% Vol.) PIEMONTE La Ghibellina is a 20ha estate in Monterotondo in the heart of the Comune di Gavi production area. Low yields and careful production techniques involving very soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation give Gavi di Gavi La Ghibellina its fine floral bouquet and ripe, fruity palate. The bouquet is vinous, fresh and appealing with rich, fruity notes. Dry and well-balanced on the palate. 16 Primitivo Salento I.G.T. 2014/15 22.50 Villa Cerrina, (13% Vol.) PUGLIA A dry red wine with a persistent bouquet, rich in fully ripe fruit, and a full-bodied structure that offers a complex fruitiness and a remarkable persistence on the palate. 17 Nero D Avola Merlot Sicilia I.G.T. 2015/16 22.50 Villa Cerrina, (13% Vol.) SICILIA This dry red wine comes from a blend of Nero D Avola and Merlot grapes. It offers a broad and persistent aroma of marasca cherry and spices, the flavour is superbly structured and offers a rich sensation of fruitiness and sweet spices to the palate. 18 Montepulciano d Abruzzo D.O.C. 2015/16 25.50 Casal Thaulero, (13% Vol.) ABRUZZO This is an outstanding example of Montepulciano d Abruzzo: a deep, mature ruby red wine with a rich and full nose with notes of oak and spices. The body is full, ripe and round with a soft finish.

Bin Vintage Bottle 19 Dolcetto d Alba D.O.C. 2013/14 26.50 Salvano, (13% Vol.) PIEMONTE This is a ruby red colour wine with violet hues with a clear and fruity bouquet of plum and blackberry. It is dry and full-bodied with an almond aftertaste. Dolcetto d Alba is good with both red and white meats or the perfect accompaniment with filled pasta and cheeses. 20 Boscon, Corvina Veneto I.G.P. 2015/16 26.50 Faccioli, (13% Vol.) VENETO This wine is produced with 100% Corvina grapes from the Venetian region. The colour is limpid with ruby red hues. The bouquet has got fruity aromas of ripe red fruits with hints of cherry and plum. It is intense and persistent on the palate, excellent with meat, cheeses and strong pasta dishes. 21 Chianti D.O.C.G 2015/16 27.00 Zonin, (12.5% Vol.) TOSCANA This is a bright ruby red wine, the bouquet is elegant and intense with delicate hints of ripe red fruits. It is harmonious and well balanced on the palate, the perfect accompaniment for pasta dishes, grilled meats and cheeses. 22 Salice Salentino Riserva D.O.C. 2012/13 27.50 Menhir, (14.5% Vol.) PUGLIA This is an intense red colour wine with purple reflections; 80% Negroamaro and 20% Malvasia. The bouquet has got fruity aromas of plum and blackberry with hints of spices. The body is full with a balanced and warm taste. It is the perfect accompaniment for roast, red meat and spicy cheeses. 23 Barbera d Alba Superiore D.O.C. 2012/13 28.50 Salvano, (13% Vol.) PIEMONTE The Cantina Salvano produces this excellent Barbera d Alba, a ruby red wine with an intense vinous aroma typical of the Barbera grape. The body is full with a bitterish aftertaste. It is the perfect accompaniment for both white and red meat dishes. 24 Valpolicella D.O.C. Ripasso Superiore 2014/15 35.00 Antichi Poderi del Conte Luigi Fratta Pasini, (13.5% Vol.) VENETO Valpolicella is one of the great wines of the tradition form Verona. It is produced from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes. This superior Valpolicella ripasso is made by leaving the wine at the end of the fermentation in contact with Amarone pomaces. This procedure called Ripasso leaves the wine with a strong full body, delicate flavours and a very smooth taste. 25 Maestrale Barbera d Alba D.O.C. 2012/13 35.00 Salvano, (14% Vol.) PIEMONTE Maestrale is a fine example of Barbera d Alba; the wine, aged in barriques, has a ruby red colour with the typical winey bouquet of this grape. The body is full with a slightly aroma of vanilla. 26 Fosco Dolcetto d Alba D.O.C. 2013/14 36.00 Salvano, (14% Vol.) PIEMONTE This wine is obtained from the careful selection of Dolcetto grapes from the vineyards nearby the town of Alba. A traditional method of fermentation gives this wine a unique fruity bouquet while the body is full, dry and slightly bitterish.

Bin Vintage Bottle 27 Trabuch Langhe Rosso D.O.C. 2011/12 38.00 Salvano, (14% Vol.) PIEMONTE Trabuch is a blend of Barbera, Nebbiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has an intense ruby colour and a persistent bouquet with scent of gillyflower. The body is full with sweet and velvety tannin which makes it a unique wine. 28 Gentilium Langhe Rosso D.O.C. 2012/13 38.00 Salvano, (13.5% Vol.) PIEMONTE Gentilium is one of the most traditional wines of Piedmont, produced blending Nebbiolo and Barbera grapes. Three years ageing in barriques give to the wine a ruby red colour with orange hues, an intense bouquet with hints of violets and a velvety taste. 29 Chianti Classico Riserva D.O.C.G. 2012/13 48.00 Castello d Albola, (13.% Vol.) TOSCANA This Chianti Classico Riserva is produced exclusively from selected grapes grown in the Zonin estate Castello d Albola, in the heart of the Chianti Classico area in Radda in Chianti. The wine has spicy hints of cinnamon and cloves, alongside oaky and piquant peppery aromas. A rounded, creamy, sweet and well-balanced palate with an aftertaste of incense, balsamic and more spice. 30 Rute Bolgheri Rosso Guado al Melo D.O.C. 2014/15 48.00 Podere Guado al Melo, (13.5% Vol.) TOSCANA This is one of the most exciting estates that have emerged from Bolgheri in recent years. Podere Guado al Melo is located on the Tuscan coast, in the heart of the Bolgheri denomination. The wine a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc is an intimate expression of Bolgheri with its harmony and elegance. Complex and velvety smooth, it has good capacity of ageing. 31 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico D.O.C. 2010/11 60.00 Antichi Poderi del Conte Luigi Fratta Pasini, (15% Vol.) VENETO A superb Amarone made from the concentrated juces of grapes allowed to dry over winter, prior to making the wine. The resultant wine is very rich and concentrated balanced with a hint of oak after three years in cask. 32 Brunello di Montalcino D.O.C.G. 2010/11 65.00 Col d Orcia, (14% Vol.) TOSCANA Col d Orcia is one of Montalcino s most dynamic wineries; thanks to oenologist Pablo Harri, the wines are in the modern vein. This Brunello is a complex and warm wine, with high alcohol, from only Sangiovese grapes. Aged for over three years in oak cask and a further six months in bottle before sale. 33 Barolo D.O.C.G. 2012/13 75.00 Prunotto (13.5% Vol.) PIEMONTE Barolo is undoubtedly the most prestigious Italian wine, and milestone in the Piedmontese and Langhe tradition. Alfredo Prunotto, gave his name and thirty-three years of his life to this renowned winery in Piedmont. Since 1989 it has been owned by the Antinori Family, who have sought to boost the already high standards. The wine is garnet in colour, wide and complex on the nose with hints of violet and forest fruit aromas. It is full and velvety and well balanced on the palate. Sparkling Wine selection 36 Rosato Brut Prosecco N.V. 28.00 Zonin, (11% Vol.) VENETO A gorgeous pink colour Prosecco Brut Rose with a persistent festive mousse. The bouquet is fruity and floral with nuances of roses and gentle musky hints. It is a fresh and delicate Prosecco rose with an appealingly fruity aftertaste. 37 Prosecco Brut D.O.C. Luvaira has an intense and complex bouquet which makes it one of the best Rossese on the market. The aromas range from hints of raspberries, fruit of the strawberry tree and blackcurrant to a floral note of withered rose. Spicy hints of pink pepper, leather and tobacco can also be detected. On the tongue it is warm but well balanced by pleasant softness, fresh enough with good tannin and quite full bodied. Vintage Bottle Bramasole, Cortona D.O.C. 2006/07 75.00 La Braccesca, Famiglia Antinori (14.5% Vol.) TOSCANA La Braccesca estate, situated at the foot of the hills around Cortona, has demonstrated to be a best-suited area for the production of syrah. Bramasole, made with 100% syrah grapes, is very deep in colour with fruity, intense aromas and hints of vanilla. On the palate, rich and soft with structure and a full, lingering finish. Barbaresco D.O.C.G. Vanotu 2004/05 95.00 Pellissero, (14% Vol.) PIEMONTE Barbaresco is one of Italy s great wines from the north western Piemonte region. This in particular is entirely produced from a single vineyard located at about 350 mt of altitude with a composition of the soil, predominantly calcareous. The wine ages in barrique for eighteen months and in bottles for nine months. The result is a complex wine, ruby red in colour, with fruity notes of raspberries and cherries, harmoniously combined with soft wooden sensations like that of vanilla. Deliella Nero d Avola Sicilia I.G.T. 2011/12 95.00 Feudo Principi di Buttera, (14% Vol.) SICILIA 100% Nero d Avola grapes matured for 12 months part in barriques and part in Allier oak barrels; then for 12 additional months in bottle. Brilliant deep ruby red, it has a full and persistent bouquet with scents of almond blossoms and spicy notes. The flavour displays a complex fruitiness reminiscent of brandy preserved cherries pleasantly combined with the intriguing spicy notes in a long finish. Tignanello 2013 170.00 Famiglia Antinori, (14% Vol.) TOSCANA The original Super-Tuscan, Tignanello is poduced exclusively from the Tignanello vineyard. It is a blend of 80% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% cabernet Franc. The wine is intensely fruity and complex on the nose, with hints of wood. The body is full, rich and complex in the mouth with exceptional structure and a lengthy finish. Acciaiolo 2011/12 95.00 Castello d Albola, (13.5% Vol.) TOSCANA 65% Sangiovese and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes matured in barriques for 14 months; then fined for 6 in stainless steel and 6 in bottle. Floral, toast notes compliment black cherry flavours that come across the palate in supple, velvety waves. The finish is crisply tart, with a hint of orange pekoe. Bolgheri Superiore, Tenuta Guado al Tasso 2012 150.00 Famiglia Antinori, (14.5% Vol.) TOSCANA Guado al Tasso, meening literally Badger s Ford, takes its name from a common sight at the estate of Tenuta Guado al Tasso, Bolgheri, where it is produced. Made with 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot and 15% Syrah, the wine has an extraordinary ruby red colour. It is fruity, more of cherry than cassis, with hints of toast, coffee and dark chocolate. The structure is complex, well balanced, with soft tannins and a lingering finish.

Vintage Bottle Dedicatum, Rosso Veronese I.G.T. 2006 59.00 Terre din Leone, (14% Vol.) VENETO Dedicatum is a blend of 14 different varietals of grapes from the venetian area. The grapes are harvested manually and placed in 5kg capacity plastic crates after which they are taken to the fruit drying loft where they are dried for approx. 80 days. The Grapes are crushed by gravity alone. The must is left to macerate at low temperatures for 3 to 5 days in steel vats before fermentation begins at controlled temperature. The vine is left to mature in French oak tonneaux for 12-14 months and then in bottle at least for 18 months. Dedicatum is ruby red in colour, with intense aromas and interesting spicy notes imparted from the oak casks during maturation. Soft on the palate with substantial tannins. Loci, Corvina Veneto 2008 45.00 Faccioli, (15.5% Vol.) VENETO Produced with 100% Corvina from the Venetian area, the grapes are placed in crates of 5kg of weight and put to dry for about 80 days. At the end of this process the crushed and left to ferment. The wine is then aged in 500 lt barrels for 24 months and then in bottle for 6 months. The colour is limpid, deep ruby red with garnet shades. The bouquet is complex and intense, with aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and memories of toasted almonds. It is dry with a warm, intense and persistent balanced taste. The perfect match for grilled meats, game, stews, roasts and mature cheeses. Nicolo V Colli di Luni D.O.C. 2012 65.00 Lunae, (13.5% Vol.) LIGURIA Nicolo V is a ruby red wine with purple highlights with an intense and complex aroma, spicy hints of black pepper and cinnamon and an undertone of wet stone and leather. Hints of ripe fruit are also evident. Warm and persuasive on the palate, with great personality. Its good minerality ensures a pleasurable, dry finale. Blend of grapes: Sangiovese, Merlot, Pollera Nera Sassicaia 2012 260.00 Tenuta San Guido, Bolgheri, (13.5% Vol.) TOSCANA A magnificent vintage, the product of a very Mediterranean yet regular season that was decidedly Bolgheri-esque. The colour is an intense ruby-garnet and the bouquet elegant and clean with notes of wild berries that are full and elegant with balsamic hints in the background. The mouthfeel is velvety, almost silky, without any tartness, composed, fine and with a nice agile body and surprising persistence. A virtuous mix of elegance and drinkability. Blend of the grapes: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc Ornellaia 2012 350.00 Tenuta dell Ornellaia, Bolgheri, (14.5% Vol.) TOSCANA Ornellaia 2012 appears a deep ruby, and a remarkably beguiling bouquet boasts rich fruit and spices notes. The palate shows well rounded, full, and generous, with glossy tannins and complete absence of any roughness. The 2012 lacks none of the proverbial concentration that distinguishes Ornellaia s great vintages, but this vintage adroitly masks that richness behind an expansive, magisterial structure, then concludes with a near-endless finish.
