Melbourne Jam Manufacturing Company is an Australian family owned business with its roots in Australian food processing originating in 1925. Our business produces The Cannery fruit and patisserie fillings for bakeries and fondant to chocolatiers and donut makers. Our industrial products are sold to cake, biscuit and donut manufacturers throughout Australia and overseas. Our operation is located at Tyabb on the Mornington Peninsula, 55 km south east of Melbourne. Our factory comprises some 6000 square metres of production and warehousing space.
