Beyond the clouds
At 7,200 ft Where it all began Surrounded by the spectacular mountain range view of Sierra del Tigre, located at 7,200 ft above sea level you will find La Estacada, one of the highest distilleries in the world. In this Noble Land (Tierra Noble), nature s resources and the passion of its founder converge to create a generous Tequila.
La Destileria La Estacada Is here at an elevation of 7,200 ft, where the agaves culminate their passage of hundreds of miles to begin the path of perfection to a Great Tequila, place of cool forests, clean air and the unique pureness of its wellsprings, where they become accomplices of the greatness of Tierra Noble.
The Magic At this altitude, the low temperatures contribute to the musts to ferment slowly while preserving the aromatic richness of the agave. After eight long days of waiting we achieve the famous second fermentation known as Malolactic Fermentation, characteristic of the world s finest wines and spirits, showing up intense herbal notes and glints of cooked agave, unique characteristics of Tierra Noble.
The Artisan Years of experience were necessary for the Master Distiller to perfect the fine cuts in every distillation of Tierra Noble. Made in small stills with high chapiters and long necks allows a slow distillation to mold and sculpt our most refined tequilas.
Aging Ancient White Oaks have given way to a new history of maturity in our tequila. Our barrels made from 75-year-old American and 150-yearold French white-oak, imprint softness and aromas to our tequila that peacefully lie breathing and enhancing through every oak stave while gently aging thanks to the cold temperatures in the barrel rooms and to the ceaseless passage of time.
Our Tequilas Finds their origin in a balanced mix of agaves of different producing regions, mainly in Altos de Jalisco and Valles, zones which by their different geographic locations provide a variety of organoleptic characteristics, making of Tierra Noble a Tequila of great complexity.
