Located in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon lies one of the oldest buildings, The White Swan Hotel. This magnificent building dates back to c.1450, and was originally owned by brewer Robert Perrott. The wall painting in the Oak Room dining area, from the Apocryphal book of Tobit, was discovered accidentally in 1927, and has been dated back to 1560. Our Oak Room, Pub, Montague Suite, Capulet Suite and Hotel Bedrooms, will deliver a fantastic atmosphere to enjoy the Christmas festivities. FESTIVE DINING We will be serving a delicious Christmas menu throughout the festive period in our Oak Room restaurant and/or Montague & Capulet private dining areas for larger parties. Festive Dining Menus have been specially designed by our talented Head Chef, Adam Pieprzak to cater for all your Christmas needs. PRIVATE DINING Enjoy exclusive use of The Montague Suite, The Capulet Suite or both for your Christmas party. TERMS AND CONDITIONS CHRISTMAS PARTIES (Join a Party & Private Dining) BOOKING, CONFIRMATION & CANCELLATION: 10 per person, non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required to confirm all Christmas party events, payable at the time of booking. Full payment and final balance required a minimum of 14 days prior to the event and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Menu pre-orders required 14 days in advance. If a function has to be cancelled by The White Swan, we will refund your money or arrange an alternative event. SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: Please note that the Join A Party events will be seated on tables of 8 10, with a mixture of round and there may be some long tables. Bookings of below these numbers are subject to availability and may well be required to share. Two weeks prior to the event we request final guest numbers and table plans. ACCOMMODATION: Rates are based on 2 people sharing, include breakfast and are subject to availability. Normal checks in/out procedures apply. It is important to note that non-residential guests will be required to leave the hotel when the bar closes to the general public. It is the responsibility of the Party Organiser to relay all terms and conditions to the guests attending. Accommodation will be available from 15:00, with check out at 11:00 am. Carriages for non-residents on New Year s Eve will be 01:00 am. Two weeks prior to the event we request final guest numbers and table plans. The fourth night on a Christmas Package offered at 99 Bed & Breakfast is a Classic Room; Grand Room 134 B&B, Character Room 159B&B. GENERAL New Year s Eve is a ticket only event in the hotel from 18:00. Please note no food will be served after 17:00 on New Year s Eve until the main event s pre-booked meals. Please note only pre-booked meals on Christmas day will be served 12:00-15:00 and the early evening buffet for in-house Package residents only. Provisional Festive bookings will only be held for 7 days & will automatically release without notification. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation with less than 2 month notice will lose 50% of the total charge. Cancellation with less than 1 month notice will lose 75% of the total charge. Cancellation with less than 14 days notice will lose 100% of the total charge. Should the number of guests be less than expected on the day of the event, any deposits held will be lost. Any increases to the number of guests on the day will be charged accordingly.
