French Toast with Warm Apple & Dried Fruit Topping TIP: Using whole grain bread like the bread shown below is a great way to add variation to this traditional breakfast standard. The warmed apple & dried fruit topping is a flavorful and not difficult to make from simple to exciting! alternative to maple syrup.
