Keep in a clean and well maintained warehouse. Best to use within 2 years of production date. When stored below 26 degrees C, the oil will solidify. To thaw, heat product to no higher than 40 degree C for no longer than 24 hours. When melted, the product will develop slight turbidity and form white sediments.
