If you are pre-ordering any food, we ask that you confirm the final number of people attending at least 7 days before your booking for ordering purposes. Please note that this will be the number charged to your final bill. A deposit is required for all functions at least 7 days prior to the event date for food pre-orders. Payment for the hire of our space is non-refundable however payments made for food pre-orders are fully refundable up to 3 days prior to the date of your event, after this date it becomes non-refundable. The full balance is required on the day of your event. On arrival we will kindly ask you for a card to act as a guarantee.
