INFORMATION HI-MACS COLOURS s - Surface finishes for self- or solid colours: matt, semi or gloss. Different intensities are available upon consultation. A These colours are particularly suitabel for exterior use. These colours are ideal for backlighting. Due to their translucency, they are not suitable for all applications. Please discuss this with us. + The basic Hi-Macs material is identical for every colour but it is important to note that darker and more heavily pigmented colours will show dust, scratches, haziness, marks left by water and other ordinary wear and tear more noticeably than lighter textured colours. therefore colours marked with a + are less suitable for applications that are exposed to such as worktops located in heavy traffic area as an example. due to specific characteristics and properties of the marmo colours, which have a veined effect, special considerations has to be taken into account with jointing and the use of coved up-stands. veining may vary from sheet to sheet. there may be deviations between the illustrated and actual colours owing to printing techniques. Please note that colours from the collection Marmo are randomly marbled. Due to the irregular, overlapping structures of these colors the marbling or continuity of streaks will be interrupted when gluing the surface as well as the angled areas (edges, concave portions, etc.) To minimize this inevitable effect, more offcut and higher efforts are required.
