, Function Rooms: Our ground floor restaurant can cater for approximately 60-80 covers for the wedding breakfast, and 80-100 informally for the evening function. Our Ground floor Café Bar Restaurant can cater for 150-170 covers for the wedding breakfast, and approximately 170-200 informally for an evening function. Our 1st Floor Lounge can cater for 30-40 covers for the wedding breakfast. All rooms are licensed for Civil Ceremonies, Marquee: We have done a number of marquee weddings. From a capacity of 100 people up to 300. We use a local company called Fedwen Tentage. They would provide you with a cost of the marquee, and you pay them direct. We can make all the arrangements for you if you wish. Entertainment: The hotel or your selves can arrange disco entertainment. We normally ask entertainment to end at 12.30pm. Bar licensed till 1.00am and vacate room at 1.30am. Entertainment can be organised by yourself, however we do have a resident DJ/Singer who we use, called Kristell and we highly recommend her, she provides a very professional and special service to all our weddings, we can liaise with her to make a booking she provides all our weddings with a discounted rate. I have enclosed her information for you. Colour Theme: Our linen colour scheme is gold and cream, we can do our best to match your theme. If there are any other details you would like to discuss please come to see us. We can arrange to provide you with an estimated proforma of costs for your day. Prices: We would meet with you to discuss all requirements and a schedule of your day, and tailor make a proforma of costs for exactly what you require. For example wine and champagne (toast drink) is an extra cost.
