HOTEL A special rate of $105.00 (plus 10.5% tax) per room for double beds, $125.00 (plus 10.5% tax) for Executive King. REGISTRATION Pre-registration will be $5.00, which includes your booster, and registration at the Conclave will be $5.00 with no booster. All persons registering prior to February 5, 2016, will be included in the Booster List in our souvenir program. The banquet will be a choice of Roasted Top Sirloin or Baked Salmon. The cost is $50.00 per person. There will be 10 people per table. If you will be traveling with several people, please list the people whom you wish to have seated at your table when making your reservations. The deadline for reservations is March 5, 2016. See attached form for reservations. There will also be a cash bar. FUN NIGHT BUFFET The fun night buffet will consist of Ocean Club salad, penne pasta with alfredo, roasted redskin potatoes, beef teriyaki, grilled chicken and vegetables. The cost will be $45.00 per person. Seating will be of your choice. The deadline for reservations is March 5, 2016. See attached form for reservations. You will also receive twenty tickets for Fun Night games. If you do not attend the buffet you will have to pay $5.00 for twenty tickets for Fun Night games. DRILL AND SKIT REGISTRATION A form is attached for your convenience to register your drill or skit team. All drills and skits must be kept to a 10 minute maximum. Registration must be returned to James Smith no later than March 5, 2016. Prizes will be awarded to all participants. RAFFLE TICKETS Every jurisdiction will be given raffle tickets, if your unit doesn t receive any please contact your secretary of your grand body of your jurisdiction.
