GREEN TEAS This precious green tea picked from the mountains in China has a charred vegetal aroma reminiscent of barbecued leeks and a medium body due to heavy roasting. The colour is bright golden yellow and the flavour is more savoury and umami. An ancient Chinese method is used here to create the most soothing and stimulating scented green tea. The whole leaf green tea is perfectly hand-rolled with a generous amount of silver tip before they are mated in humidity controlled conditions for several hours. This process is repeated several times so the tea leaf can absorb the flavours and aromas of the Jasminum grandiflorum flowers. This is an antioxidant rich, anti-bacterial and cooling brew.
