A propos I m Olivier Chavaren, an officially Licensed National Tour Guide (card #11.75018P) qualified for any Museum in France. I set up my business upon my return from the US in 2008. I typically focus on Corsican Experiences and Paris. I love passing on knowledge about France. I m a passionate tour guide who brings his love for arts, history, food, wine (WSET) and a good narrative to every tour. I am a dual citizen (French-US), born and raised in France and lived extensively across the pond ending up in DC. I lead small groups, which include school & university students, executives, and retirees and I enjoy a diverse clientèle from the U.S. as well as from around the world. I love taking people around Corsica and the Paris Region. I am the product of an insanely competitive family of 5 children in which knowledge sharing was the bedrock of my curiosity. As a child I learned that the way to get some parental attention was to tell what you know and you had to be not only historically correct but beguiling as well.to me, knowledge without its sharing component remains pretty dull. What I seek is to learn from my visitors so that a true exchange occurs.
