A little about how we work Please use the above menu selections as a guide for your own wedding or event. We are happy to mix and match and customize a menu to suit your individual tastes and are available to work with you in the months leading up to your special day. Pricing for some popular add-ons include: $4.00 pp to add a mashed potato bar with all the fixings $1.75 pp to substitute a Farm Salad with mesclun greens, red onion, walnuts, gorgonzola cheese & dried cranberries & cranberry vinaigrette dressing for either the garden salad or Caesar salad $.50 pp to have your salad plated and served to your guests, instead of on the buffet (unless otherwise noted in the menu) $1.50 pp to add an additional vegetable on to your buffet (butternut squash, zucchini & summer squash medley, green beans, peas with fresh mint, Brussels sprouts, asparagus spears) Buffets and Plated Dinners include: A water service with lemon wheel during dinner, a coffee station, cake plating, china plates, flatware, salt and pepper shakers. We generally include: Italian and Ranch dressings for your garden salad. We can substitute either with: Cranberry Vinaigrette, Bleu Cheese or Thousand Island upon request.
