TYPHOON 2 PROFI ROASTER The most advanced Fluid Bed technology, our experience, and detail oriented approach allowed Typhoon Innovation team to create a new line of machinery for roasting of coffee beans - TYPHOON 2 PROFI. The roaster is designed to meet the highest requirements that exist for roasting of coffee beans. Our advanced fluid bed technology where beans are stirring in multiple streams of hot air provides the product with perfectly even degree of roasting and color. It was important for our team to build the roaster with widest possible range of settings for our customers. So the roast masters could create a unique roasting process for each chosen blend or variety of coffee. TYPHOON 2 PROFI ADVANTAGES 1. Configurable coffee roasting profiles. The operator can independently configure a profile to control the coffee roast, unlike other roasters, where the operator can only observe how the product responds to the roasting temperature. t / о C 0 time / min 2.Fluid Bed roasting platform with multiple hot air streams. Roasting takes place inside a drum when the air is heated to the configured temperature and delivered through the perforated bottom of the drum,then it slightly lifts the beans and circulates through them. The product is rapidly mixed to produce a boiling effect. 3. Complete process automation, from loading to unloading. All processes, from loading and roasting to cooling and unloading, are precisely automated and follow a configurable program, con- trolled by a microprocessor. 4. Special roasting technology reduces the carcinogen content in the product. CARCINOGEN There are no local areas that overheat because the product does not touch the heating surface, so your coffee will not burn on one side. The temperature during roasting is about 68-86F (20-30C) degrees lower than the roasting temperature in drum type coffee roasters. 5. Easy servicing thanks to complete and rapid access to all parts of the roaster. The equipment is easy to maintain and clean. It takes less than 5 minutes to perform required regular cleaning of the entire unit including cleaning the air conduits. Any remaining particles of the product that stuck in places of difficult access do not give the product any off odor. 6. Powered by gas or electricity, or hybrid (gas + electricity). Roasters are assembled with electrical elements and hot gas gener- ators, while a dual-power option is also available.

VDV-500 SYSTEM FOR VACUUM DIFFUSION OF FOOD ADDITIVES The VDV-500 can help make your product unique by adding a novel taste and aroma, or enhancing the natural flavor. The system can also help extend your product s shelf life. This system is intended for applying water-soluble food additives to loose edible product by the vacuum diffusion method, immersing coffee beans nuts or sunflower seeds in a liquid solution. In addition, the vacuum system is equipped with a tunnel dryer. After degassing is complete, the product that has highly moisturized content goes to the dryer where it absorbs brine and receives additives in a much more efficient way because of the increased temperature, so when the product exits the dryer it is almost fully treated with the brine and its moisture level drops to the level required for further roasting in Typhoon roasters. The dryer is available for purchase without vacuum system.

VDV-500 SYSTEM FOR VACUUM DIFFUSION OF FOOD ADDITIVES ADVANTAGES 1. Increased product shelf life by the applicationof preserva- tive agents. It is possible to reduce the product acidity level, significantly extend- ing shelf life. 2. Enhancing the natural flavor of the product. Adding salt and sugar in different proportions can enhance the natural flavor of the product. 3. The flavor and aroma of the product can be altered. Adding various flavorings, or any other water-soluble additives, can make the product flavor more intense and unique. 4. Nitrogen saturation of coffee.
