Company Name (if applicable) Phone Number 1. A 10.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking for All Inclusive parties. A 5.00 per person non-refundable deposit is required for Lunch bookings. 2. All final balances are to be paid 28 days prior to your party night. 3. We regret that if your numbers decrease all deposits and payments made are non-refundable or transferable 4. If the final balance is not settled in advance (see clause 2 above) the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking. 5. We require a full pre-order sheet returned to the hotel 14 days prior to your event 6.
