Please note, anyone attending a tribute night at the Glynhill Hotel must be at least 18 years of age. August Friday 18th August 70s & 80s Nostalgia Boogie 24 * A disco night with our resident DJ, who will have you dancing from start to finish with some of the biggest hits from the 70s & 80s. September Friday 1st September 80s & 90s Nostalgia Boogie 24 * Relive some of the biggest hits from the 80s & 90s a disco night with our resident DJ, who will have you on the dance floor from start to finish. Saturday 2nd September Dancing Through the Decades 27 * Dance the night away with our resident DJ, who will take you on a journey through the decades, from the 60s right up to current chart hits. Friday 22nd September A Tribute to the Stars with Rhapsody 24 A brand new show for 2017, brought to you by Rhapsody a fabulous two piece band, who wowed the audience at our Hogmanay Gala Ball in 2016, and brought back by popular demand! This is a broad tribute show, with Rhapsody performing a wide variety of hits from the 1950s to present day Saturday 23rd September Disco Boogie Night 27 * Dance the night away with our resident DJ who will play massive chart hits from over the years. *DJ Only

Saturday 11th November Robbie Williams & Michael Buble 28 You will be taken through a magical session of top hits from the King of Swing, followed by a performance just like the genius that is Robbie Williams himself. A fantastic double tribute show for all ages; it really does have something for everyone. Saturday 25th November Men of Motown 38 An all South African group who have developed a Motown Show which has proven to be a favourite with all ages. This group has the whole package; the looks, the moves, and most importantly, the voice. December Friday 1st December Rod Stewart 39 With over two hours of non-stop hits, this energetic live performance by the tremendous Bob Wyper will have you singing along and dancing all night long. An interesting mixture of Soul, sparkled with some Blues, Folk and Rock, with outstanding vocals. Saturday 2nd December West End Jerseys 43 A tribute to Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, performed by the fabulous West End Jerseys, all the way from London s West End! TE RM S AN D CO N D I TI O N S BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS Non-refundable deposit of 10 per person is required within 7 days of booking. Full pre-payment is required 14 days prior to events. Please make cheques payable to The Glynhill Hotel Ltd.. The management reserve the right to change/alter programme without notice. You should give us your final numbers 14 days before the event, this will be the number for which you will be charged. New Contemporary Bedrooms 25.00 extra per room, per night. Prices are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate and are based on two persons, sharing twin/double room, per night. All bookings are subject to availability. Should you or your company require a drinks account, please contact us a minimum of three weeks before your arrival to set up credit facilities. Please note that a room with a double bed cannot be guaranteed, we reserve the right to allocate either double or twin beds. All guests attending tribute nights must be 18 years of age or over. All bookings must be confirmed in writing and/or with relevant deposit requested. Any alteration to bookings must be confirmed in writing. No refunds will be given if accommodation is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. Children attending events or staying overnight must be supervised at all times by parent or guardian. GUESTS ATTENDING FUNCTIONS AND / OR STAYING OVERNIGHT AT THE HOTEL BEDROOMS: Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the hotel, including bedrooms. Non compliance 200 fine. For the safety and comfort of all our guests, no parties may be held in any of the guest bedrooms. Non-residents are not allowed on the bedroom floors. No food or drink to be brought into the hotel or guest will be asked to leave. Only food & drink purchased on the premises may be consumed on the premises. No drinks are allowed to be taken up from our bars or function suites to guest bedrooms. Only food or drink ordered via the hotel s room service menu is allowed in guest bedrooms. The management are under strict orders not to allow any home delivery order, such as pizzas entry into the hotel for consumption in guest bedrooms. Anyone damaging any aspect of Hotel Property including guest accommodation will be charged for replacing item or criminal/civil proceedings will be actively pursued. FUNCTION SUITES AND BARS: The management reserve the right to search guests bags before entry to an event, if we suspect that alcoholic drinks are being secreted into a function. All alcoholic drinks consumed on the premises must be purchased from a bar in the hotel. All guests are asked to always behave in a responsible manner and to dress appropriately. Any guest considered to be under the influence may be refused further service and / or asked to leave the premises. Any guest arriving at the hotel intoxicated will be denied access with no monies refunded Any group at an event, all male, all female or mixed are asked to always consider other guests and to behave respectfully. When dancing at a function, nobody should be holding a glass or bottle and it is our policy to ask everyone to leave their glasses at a table before dancing. The hotel is not responsible for guest s personal belongings such as purses, mobile phones, wallets, I pods, handbags etc. Please note that this is not an exhaustive list. Only residents are allowed in the cocktail bar once all the other bars have closed for the evening. The management will not tolerate unacceptable behaviour from any guest and if anyone is considered to be out of order, they may be asked to leave the premises. Guests are advised that alcohol is not permitted to be brought into any event, will be strictly policed by management and may be subject to confiscation. The above ensures that in conjunction with our guests, we are complying with the main objectives of the Licensing Scotland Act 2005, namely preventing crime and disorder, securing public safety, preventing public nuisance, protecting and improving public health and protecting children from harm.

Stay overnight any Saturday evening from only 42 per person, per night sharing a standard twin/ double room bed & breakfast. Single room supplement is 30 per night Upgrade to one of our Club or Boutique Rooms for only 25 per night. There is limited accommodation available at these prices, so book early to avoid disappointment. A 10 (non-refundable) deposit per person is required at the time of booking, and the full balance is due two weeks prior to the event.
