1 PC Comfort package Neptune 500 type 1 G The components of the "Comfort" package support the customer regarding his work with the roasting machine. On the one hand they serve for additional comfort in operaton and on the other hand however for the further influence capabilities concerning the roasting process and thus the development of the end product. The optional package consists of the following components: - Integration of the consumption measuring (gas/water/power) in the control system - Destoner flap as regulating flap - Reflex Automatic function The integration of the consumption measurings for gas, water and power in the control system renders possible a current control of the consumptions with the indication of the quantities consumed per roasted batch in the batch protocol. The design of the destoner flap as a regulating flap (standard: alternating diverter) enables the customer to recipe-dependent adjustment of the high-suction destoner. This way the degree of separation on the high-suction destoner - above all with frequently changing coffee sorts - can be improved. The new "Reflex Automatic" function takes on the "thinking and control" for the roast master and thus optimally supports him in his work. Product curves once defined can be reproduced again and again - the influence of external factors like e.g. green bean moisture/temperature, outdoor temperature and batch size can be considerably reduced. With the high-quality and reliable profile roasting the function is warranted by a closed control loop (burner setting, temperature values, etc.). The "Reflex Automatic" function thus ensures a constant end product (with regard to quality and sensory) - even with changing external conditions. Experience has shown (test at PROBAT R&D) that the "Reflex Automatic" function can be reliably used after the 3rd batch (upon start-up of the roaster). The controllable smoke flap (standard: alternating diverter) required for the function is part of the "Reflex Automatic" package. 3.
