1 PC Comfort package Neptune 500 type 1 G The components of the "Comfort" package support the customer regarding his work with the roasting machine. On the one hand they serve for additional comfort in operaton and on the other hand however for the further influence capabilities concerning the roasting process and thus the development of the end product. The optional package consists of the following components: - Integration of the consumption measuring (gas/water/power) in the control system - Destoner flap as regulating flap - Reflex Automatic function The integration of the consumption measurings for gas, water and power in the control system renders possible a current control of the consumptions with the indication of the quantities consumed per roasted batch in the batch protocol. The design of the destoner flap as a regulating flap (standard: alternating diverter) enables the customer to recipe-dependent adjustment of the high-suction destoner. This way the degree of separation on the high-suction destoner - above all with frequently changing coffee sorts - can be improved. The new "Reflex Automatic" function takes on the "thinking and control" for the roast master and thus optimally supports him in his work. Product curves once defined can be reproduced again and again - the influence of external factors like e.g. green bean moisture/temperature, outdoor temperature and batch size can be considerably reduced. With the high-quality and reliable profile roasting the function is warranted by a closed control loop (burner setting, temperature values, etc.). The "Reflex Automatic" function thus ensures a constant end product (with regard to quality and sensory) - even with changing external conditions. Experience has shown (test at PROBAT R&D) that the "Reflex Automatic" function can be reliably used after the 3rd batch (upon start-up of the roaster). The controllable smoke flap (standard: alternating diverter) required for the function is part of the "Reflex Automatic" package. 3. Afterburner, type RV G120 P for installation into the roast exhaust gas ducting equipped for heating by propane gas - Outer casing with connecting socket for the burner unit made of sheet steel - Inner parts made of heat-resistant sheet steel - Casing and connecting socket are equipped with a special

insulation - Afterburner including burner unit, fittings and bearing frame 4. Coffee battery sample roaster, type BRZ 2-2 upper parts with roasting cylinders feeding quantity: each 80-100 g of green coffee - 2 attached thermometers, 0-300 C, to indicate the roasting temperatures, each with thermo-sensors and capillaries - 1 complete sub-structure mounted on a base plate - 1 common eduction head on the right side with 3 connections, 1 plug and 1 connecting hose - 2 cooling sieves - gas fittings for propane gas with 2 manual gas regulating valves and 1 manual main shut-off valve - gas connection on the left side as well as 2 heating devices each with automatic, electrical ignition device - 1 chaff cyclone with built-on exhaust fan and chaff collecting bin and frame - 1 set of accessories without gas pressure controller - lacquering powder-coated black blue (RAL 5004) - alternating current 230 V, 50 Hz to suit above: - 1 single-phase alternating current gear motor 0.035 kw to drive the roasting drums - 1 single-phase alternating current motor 0.37 kw to drive the exhaust fan
