Spirit of Scotland brings the tastes and flavours of Scotland to Rome. Arrived at its 5 edition, the Festival was born to promote and encourage the Scottish single malt drinking culture. NEW FOR 2016 From this upcoming edition, Spirit of Scotland is opening its doors to welcome Scottish food and craft companies to the event, to fully showcase the country s super products, talents and assets. The Festival has now become a unique occasion to introduce Scottish culture to the Italian market. The great range of products will thus create a Scottish market. COOKERY THEATRE Following the great success of the Year of Food & Drink Scotland 2015, this edition will offer a cookery theatre, where chefs will present their products and their typical dishes, showing visitors how to prepare delicious Scottish food. Moreover, visitors will have the opportunity to learn more about Scottish lands thanks to the collaboration of Visit Scotland.

THE STAND AT SPIRIT OF SCOTLAND The cost of a stand for food and handicraft companies is 400 +VAT. This includes: area (sq.m.) occupied; stand; 1 graphic signage; setting up and taking down of the stand; 4 staff passes; electricity; promotion on Spirit of Scotland s web site, newsletter and social networks; name of the company on a press release. The price do not include: travel cost; accommodation cost; transport of goods to Rome Any further services and their price can be provided on request.
THE STAND AT SPIRIT OF SCOTLAND Considering the nature of Spirit of Scotland and the fact that it is one of the most famous whisky & spirit fair in Italy, we ensure companies a strong visibility, as masterclasses and tasting will be organized. A luxury shell scheme will be indeed reserved to exhibitors of the distillery sector, at a starting price of 840 +VAT. In addition to the luxury stand, companies will benefit from all the services indicated in the previous page. As per craft beer companies, Spirit of Scotland would like to give the opportunity to use a pub space, where beer producers can directly sell their products to visitors, who can enjoy beers on the place or buy bottles to take away.
