FINE CHOCOLATES A LITTLE HISTORY Having made chocolates since the age of eight, Cathy Brand-Beere opened the first DeBrand Chocolate Shop in 1987. The name DeBrand was derived from the French prefix "De" (meaning "from") and Cathy's last name "Brand." The business prided itself in offering exquisite fine chocolates that were second to none in taste, beauty and presentation. More than 25 years later, this still remains the foundation for everything we do at DeBrand.
