Celebrate at Hundith Hill Hotel... Hundith Hill is a family run Country House Hotel situated on the outskirts of Cockermouth. With stunning views of the Lorton Valley and snow topped fells, Hundith Hill is the perfect venue to relax and celebrate the festive season. Our Christmas Party Nights are able to cater for both small or large groups, with the Wallace Function Suite holding a maximum of 160 guests per party night. Doors open from 6.30pm and once all your group has arrived we commence service with a very tasty and traditional, three course Christmas party menu. Your tables come dressed with party hats, crackers, streamers and everything else you shall need for some festive fun. A disco will be provided each night with the fun going on until around 1.00am. Boxing Day Lunch Take a chance to relax after Christmas with our tempting Boxing Day menu... Three course lunch selected by our Head Chef on Boxing Day morning. Freshly prepared on the day using locally sourced produce. New Years Eve Gala Bring in the New Year in style with our luxurious 2-course New Years Eve Gala Buffet. The Function Suite doors will open at 6.30pm, where reception drinks and nibbles await you. At 7.30pm our grand hot & cold gala buffet shall open, with a selection of homemade desserts to follow. Background music will be played while you dine. Christmas Party Night Terms & Conditions 2017 All our Christmas Party Nights are priced at 30.00 and the following terms and conditions apply to all groups and individuals that are wishing to attend. 1. A provisional reservation for a party night will be accepted. We will then require a 15.00 deposit within fourteen days to confirm the booking. 2. If the booking was made before Friday 1st July 2017, then deposits will be required within fourteen days from then and not fourteen days from the provisional booking date. 3. Full payment of your account must be made by no later than Wednesday 1st November 2017. 4. The menu selection of your group must also be received to us no later than Wednesday 1st November 2017. 5. The menu selection of your group can be sent to us by post, email or simply hand in to reception, choices over the telephone will not be accepted. 6. The Hundith Hill Hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation without contacting you should you not adhere to the above conditions. 7. Under no circumstances will deposits or payments be refunded as our party nights are quoted and priced to achieve maximum occupancy on each night. Limited spaces are available for each party night and therefore it is very important that the above conditions are adhered to so we are able to plan and organise each night in advance. We are unable to guarantee arranged seating due to the amount of people in each party. The doors will open each night at 6.30pm and we hope to finish dining by 9.00pm. Each night there will be a disco. All transport home for the end of the evening should be arranged for 1.00am at the latest. This year we are offering a special discounted rate for anyone wishing to stop over that is attending our Christmas Party Nights: Single occupancy at 60.00 bed and breakfast or double occupancy at 80.00 bed and breakfast. We will also give free upgrades to luxury bedrooms wherever possible.
