Directions on the box With a small gimlet bore a hole nearly through the Cork, then (The HANDLE BEING TURNED TO ONE SIDE) place the Tap in the opening and force it straight through; then turn the bottle over so that the liquid covers the aperture in the lower part of the tube (otherwise the gas alone will escape) and turn the handle toward the top of the bottle neck, the Wine will then flow; when sufficient is drawn, turn the handle to either side and flow will cease.
