SERVICE CONDITIONS 1. SERVICES MINIMUM QUANTITIES 12 people (for packages) 2. TECHNICAL NEEDS The technical needs will be determined between GastroFira and the client depending on the catering offer chosen. Once the catering needs have been established, GastroFira will proceed to evaluate the space and facilities given at the hospitality suite and make a budget for kitchen supplies (such as m2 of the storage room, water supply, power needs, fridges, tables, microwaves, etc ). Equipment rental is available on request Basic facilites requirements : a. Floor and walls: in good conditions, without cracks and easy to clean b. Roofs: areas with food below must have a roof c. Lights: provide sufficient light to work and protect it in food areas d. Sinks: installation of drinkable water, equipped with antibacterial soap and paper e. Handling surfaces: smooth, non permeable and easy to clean f. Handle and store food spaces: enough room to work (not located in walkways) g. Equipment: dispose the necessary equipment to maintain temperatures of food (hot food over 65ºC / 149ºF; cold food under 4ºC / 39ºF). h. Office temperature: maximal of 25ºC / 77ºF (install air conditioning if necessary) 3. DEADLINES Dead line for confirmation of service with GastroFira: 13th of January 2017 Dead line for confirmation of final numbers for the food quantities: 24th January 2017 4. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS The orders have to be cancelled by mail or email indicating the reasons. We will not accept any cancellations from the 3rd February 2017 and then charge the 100% of the services confirmed from this day. 5. DATA PROTECTION. In accordance with the LOPD (Data Protection Law) 15/1999, the LSSICE (Information Society and Electronic Commerce Law) 34/2002, and other legal instruments, clients are informed that the personal data voluntarily supplied, including e mail addresses, shall be added to FIRA DE BARCELONA s automated database. By sending their data, clients give their express authorization for the use of such by FIRA DE BARCELONA, including correspondence via e mail, for the purposes of advertising and informing clients of the activities it organizes and/or for supporting its logistics services.
