Each event begins with a tour of our wine cave and the Round Room. A three course gourmet meal is served by one of Napa Valley's finest chefs, and can be enjoyed in either our Great Room or Cellarius Kitchen. Highlighting the meal are our wines, thoughtfully paired with each menu selection, and served by Stag's Leap Wine Cellars own professionally trained and knowledgeable staff. SAMPLE MENU WINE & FOOD EXPERIENCE Culinary Expertise At Stag s Leap Wine Cellars we work with Napa Valley s finest chefs and caterers who work with each client individually to pair food according to the specifics of the event. Whether working with a private chef or a large caterer, we offer a variety of wine and food pairings; from appetizer receptions to multi-course meals.
FAY OUTLOOK & VISITOR CENTER Max Capacity: Reception Style: 60 guests Best For: Cocktail receptions Buffet-style dinners Room Details: Fire pits Tuuci umbrellas View of Stags Leap Palisades & FAY Vineyard Lounge seating & cocktail tables Barcelona-based architect Javier Barba created the design for the FAY Outlook & Visitor Center to take advantage of the stunning views of the estate vineyards and the Stags Leap Palisades. Using plenty of glass in the design for natural light, the space is bright and natural. More importantly, Barba said, it also allows you to witness the changes the seasons and climate have on our vines in a way that has never been seen before. Both the outside patio and indoor tasting room provide beautiful and elegant backdrops for events.
ARCADE & GREAT ROOM Max Capacity: 60 Guests Best For: Served Lunch or Dinner Appetizer Receptions Just inside the entrance to our Napa Valley wine caves lies the Great Room, a stunning space that glows with the light of hammered copper sconces and shimmering quartzite floors. Outside its doors, the ARCADE, designed by Barcelona-based architect Javier Barba, combines graceful arches with exposed masses of rock and soil which lead to breathtaking views of the Stags Leap Palisades.
CELLARIUS KITCHEN Max Capacity: 40 guests Best For: Served Lunch or Dinner Corporate meetings & presentations Cooking classes & demonstrations Room Details: Wi-fi & presentation capabilities The Cellarius Kitchen offers a contemporary, intimate dining experience complete with a world-class exhibition kitchen where guests can experience the art of culinary creation in one of our participatory cooking classes. The Cellarius Kitchen is named after Andreas Cellarius, the 17th century Dutch-German mathematician and cosmographer. Two of his original watercolors of celestial maps the Ptolemy and Copernicus world views are on display in this room.
