IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON ORDERING YOUR CAKE It is absolutely necessary for us to understand what you want for your day. To begin the planning process please contact us by email or phone and tell us as much about your event as possible, including themes, colour schemes, favourite flavours and ingredients and other things that inspire you. We will need the following details: your name the date of your event what time you will need the cake how many guests you would like to cater for where your reception will be held; what format your reception will take the style and amount of food your guests will receive before they receive the cake whether you would like each guest to have just a taste or a dessert-sized portion and your ideas for your cake Custom Cakes: We do make cakes that aren t part of our standard range. You might know exactly what you want or may be happy to rely on our creativity and skill to come up with something beautiful and unique but we need at least two months to design a custom cake and taste test. Prices are quoted individually based on complexity and cost of ingredients. Deposits for custom cakes are non-refundable. Information sheets for your caterers: If your cake requires a description of its ingredients or if it needs particular care to be taken during cutting we will provide an information sheet with all the necessary details. Pick up: To maximize the freshness and quality of your cake we aim to finish your order at the time that you specify. Your cake will not be aavailable earlier without prior notice. Please allow plenty of time to get your cake to the reception venue in case of unforeseen delays. Delivery: We may be able to organise delivery direct to your event if within the Sydney metropolitan and CBD area. Delivery costs vary based on your event location, date and time required.
