4. AANSOEK EN KEURING APPLICATION AND SCREENING 'n Komitee oorweeg alle aansoeke wat 'n volledige produkbeskrywing insluit. Die komitee behou die reg voor om 'n beperking op die aantal stalletjies per produk te plaas. Aansoeke moet van foto's en 'n volledige produkbeskrywing vergesel word. Daarsonder sal aansoeke nie oorweeg word nie. Moet asseblief nie foto's faks nie. Pos of e-pos dit asseblief en dit moet die aansoekvorm vergesel! Die komitee sal voorkeur verleen aan handvervaardigde kunsverwante produkte wat kreatiwiteit en oorspronklikheid toon. Die beslissing van die komitee is finaal en geen korrespondensie sal daaroor gevoer word nie. Kosstalletjies moet aan die plaaslike munisipaliteit se brand- en gesondheidsregulasies voldoen. Gesondheidsertifikate moet die aansoek vergesel. Kosstalletjiehouers is verantwoordelik vir hulle eie brandblussers sowel as verkoelingstoerusting vir bederfbare produkte. Kosstalletjies word beperk tot die spesifieke produkte wat aan hulle toegestaan en goedgekeur is. A committee will consider all applications with a full description of the product(s) to be sold. The committee reserves the right to limit the number of stalls per product. Applications must be accompanied by a comprehensive description of products. Without this, applications will not be considered. Please do not fax photos. They must be mailed or e- mailed and must accompany the application form! The committee will give preference to hand-made art-related products which exhibit creativity and originality. The decision by the committee is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Food stalls must comply with the fire and health regulations of the local municipality. Health certificates must accompany the application. Food stall holders are responsible for their own fire extinguishers as well as cooling equipment for perishable products. Successful applicants who have not yet paid, must pay the amount due into the Possies Supporters' Club (POK) account by 6 October 2017. (Details are on the application form). Exhibitors are welcome to stay open longer, but all exhibitions must be open until 21:00. 7. TOELATING TOT TERREIN ADMISSION TO GROUNDS Uitstallers se voertuie sal op die volgende tye tot die terrein toegelaat word om uitstalruimtes gereed te kry. Exhibitors' vehicles will be allowed on to the grounds during the following times in order to prepare stalls. Donderdag 13:00 19:00 Thursday Vrydag 06:00 12:00 Friday Saterdag 07:30 09:00 Saturday Om die veiligheid van voetgangers te verseker, moet alle voertuie teen die spertyd van die terrein verwyder wees. Maksimum 2 voertuie per uitstaller word toegelaat. Elke voertuig ontvang 'n plakker (2 plakkers per stalletjie) wat op die windskerm geplak moet word. Slegs hierdie plakker verleen toegang tot die terrein. Finale opruiming sal na afloop van die fees op Sondag, 29 Oktober 2017 plaasvind. Die terrein moet teen 10:00 ontruim wees. To ensure the safety of pedestrians, all vehicles must be removed from the grounds by closing time. Maximum 2 vehicles per stall will be admitted to the grounds. Each vehicle will receive a sticker (2 stickers per stall). These must be affixed to the windscreen. Only these stickers will provide admission to the grounds. Final clearance will take place after the festival on Sunday, 29 October 2017. The grounds must be vacated by 10:00. 8. VERBLYF EN AKKOMMODASIE LODGING & ACCOMMODATION Verblyf is die uitstaller se eie verantwoordelikheid. Kleedkamers is op die terrein beskikbaar. Indien nodig, is koshuisverblyf vir Vrydag en Saterdag in die koshuis beskikbaar @ R100 per persoon per nag. Koshuisverblyf is beperk en besprekings is noodsaaklik. Accommodation is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Cloakrooms will be available on the grounds. Accommodation will be available for Friday and Saturday in the hostel @ R100 per person per night. KOSSTALLETJIES FOOD STALLS Voedselstalletjies sal gereeld deur 'n gesondheidsinspekteur besoek word om te verseker dat die nodige standaarde volgehou word. Indien die stalletjie nie aan die standaarde voldoen nie, sal handel verbied word totdat die voorgeskrewe standaarde nagekom word. Alle kostalletjies MOET in besit wees van die nodige geskiktheidsertifikaat wat tydens die Fees aan die omgewingsgesondheidsafdeling getoon moet word. Alle afval moet in die groot afvalhouers op die terrein gegooi word. U stalletjie moet te alle tye skoon en netjies wees. Geen vure of as word op die grond of gras toegelaat nie. Stalletjiehouers sal beboet word indien die reëls met betrekking tot vure op die grond en gras verontagsaam word. Alle as in u braaidrom / -houer moet verwyder word vóórdat die stalletjie opgeruim word. Food stalls will frequently be visited by a health inspector to ensure that the necessary standards are maintained. If the stall does not comply with the standard, trading will be prohibited until the prescribed standards are met. All food stalls MUST be in possession of the necessary competency certicate, which must be shown to the environmental health division during the Festival. All waste must be placed in the large waste containers on the grounds. Your stall must be neat and clean at all times. No fires or ash will be allowed on the ground or grass. Stall owners will be fined if the regulations regarding fires on the ground and grass are ignored. All ash in your braai drum / container must be removed before the stand is cleared. 10. KRAGVOORSIENING ELECTRICITY SUPPLY Die terrein maak voorsiening vir elektrisiteit met oorhoofse beligting. Uitstallers moet asseblief hulle eie elektriese verlengkoorde asook ekstra ligte voorsien. 1 x 15 Ampère-enkelfasekonneksie OF 1 x driefasekonneksie is per stalletjie beskikbaar. Die gebruik van gas word aanbeveel. Kragpunte sal deurlopend getoets word. Indien die reëls oortree word, sal die volgende stappe geneem word : Electricity as well as overhead lighting will be provided. Stall owners must please provide their own extension cords as well as extra lights. 1 X 15 Ampere single phase OR 1 x three phase connection is available per stall. The use of gas will be preferrable. Power points will be tested continually. Postmasburg Ysterfees will provide full-time security, but cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage. Stall owners will exhibit at their own risk. 12. The following articles are TOTALLY FORBIDDEN on the festival grounds : Laser lights BB guns Stink bomb Fireworks The rules of a "flea market" must be respected. Please respect other festival goers. 13. REGISTRASIE REGISTRATION Alle uitstallers moet vanaf 13:00 tot 19:00 op Donderdag, 26 Oktober 2017 en vanaf 06:00 tot 12:00 op Vrydag, 27 Oktober 2017 registreer. Registrasie vind op die skole-sportterrein van Hoërskool Postmasburg (Ysterfeesfeesterrein) plaas. Uitstallers wat nie op hierdie dae registreer nie, verbeur hul fooie / stalletjies en die komitee sal dit herverhuur. All exhibitors must register on Thursday, 26 October 2017 between 13:00 and 19:00, or on Friday, 27 October 2017 between 06:00 and 12:00. Registration will take place at the sports grounds of Postmasburg High School (Ysterfees festival grounds). Exhibitors who do not register on these two days, will forfeit their fees / stalls and the committee will relet it. Postmasburg Ysterfees 2017 Page 5 of 6

Alle uitstallers se voertuie moet teen 13:00 op Vrydag, 27 Oktober van die terrein af wees. Parkering sal aangewys word. Onmiddellike uitsetting sal geskied. Uitstallers is verantwoordelik vir die oprigting / afslaan van hul stalletjie, asook stoele, tafels, gazebo's, ens. U ontvang slegs die toegekende ruimte. Uitstallers is verantwoordelik vir die netheid van hulle stalletjies, asook om die terrein netjies agter te laat. Die komitee kan nie verantwoordelik gehou word vir enige verlies, skade of besering nie. Sekuriteit is deurlopend tydens die fees beskikbaar. Reg van toegang word voorbehou. Indien uitstallers hulle skuldig maak aan wangedrag of die reëls soos in hierdie dokument uiteengesit oortree, behou die komitee die reg om sodanige uitstallers te skors, 'n R500-boete op te lê, of die terrein te belet. Die komitee aanvaar geen verantwoordelikheid vir kopieregskendings nie en ook nie vir die handhawing van konsessieregte tussen uitstallers nie. Geen troeteldiere word by stalletjies toegelaat nie. The committee does not accept responsibility if your product(s) do(es) not sell. NO subleasing or "wander around sales" allowed. Immediate eviction will take place. Exhibitors are responsible for setting up / packing up of stalls, as well as chairs, tables, gazebos, etc. You only receive the allocated space. Exhibitors are responsible for the neatness of their stalls, as well as the neatness of the terrain afterwards. The committee cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury. Security will be available throughout the festival. Right of admission is reserved. If exhibitors are guilty of misconduct or transgression of the rules stipulated in this document, the committee has the right to expel such exhibitors, lay a R500 fine, or refuse admission to the grounds. The committee does not accept any responsibility for violation of copyright nor for upholding concession rights between exhibitors. No pets are allowed on stands.
