The composition enjoys Riesling as the primary player, with Viognier secondary followed by Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. It has a deep colour with a very full palate feel. Very rich with tastes of peaches, quinces and pear which all blend to provide a strong and lengthy finish. (13.5% abv) 2.
