HOSPITALITY AND CATERING We get to work in the Manor Restaurant, which is open to the public so it s great preparation for working in a real kitchen. John Barnard Catering Hospitality and Catering is based at The Manor House Restaurant, next to our Corby campus. The restaurant is open to the public and provides a first-class facility to develop your skills and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supervised setting. 2 Are you ready for this?
