Sizani Foods is a specialist, nutritional food manufacturer and supplier to hunger relief organizations in Africa and the Middle East. Our aim is to provide highly nutritious food at the lowest possible prices to feeding schemes in Africa, to enable these partner organizations to provide even more meals, with better nutrition, to those in need. We supply meals to more than 45 000 children and adults per day (15 million meals a year ) through our partner feeding organizations. The company was started, and is still owned by Brian Moore who has always had a passion for improving the lives of others. He has achieved this through providing effective food products and efficient service to non profit partner organizations. Sizani Foods also sponsors several feeding schemes on a daily basis and continues to assist projects where there is a need. Sizani Foods operates from a factory and distribution warehouse in Midrand, South Africa. Our facility is a ISO 2200 FSSC Certified (Stage 1), food grade manufacturing facility. Our facility is also HAHAAL certified. We distribute in most provinces in South Africa, through a network of distribution warehouses and independent agents. Sizani Foods exports to several countries in Africa and the Middle East. Sizani Foods directly employs 35 staff and indirectly a further 70 people via project based contracts. Brian Moore has worked in the food manufacturing industry in South Africa for more than 20 years, specializing in the manufacture and development of nutritious food products for feeding schemes. South Africa The Product Range October 2014 Sizani Foods in association with Alpha Zero Consultants manufactures a range of highly nutritious, fortified, and long life food products specifically for feeding schemes. The products are developed with the aim of providing a platform of real nutritional advancement to the beneficiaries and consumers of the product. We manufacture products such as: * Milk Powders * Soya minces * Soup Powders * Cold drink powders * Hot chocolate powders * Milk Shake powders, * Instant fortified cereals * Jelly Powders * Custard powders * and several other products. Our Melsi range of feeding scheme products all contain Immuno T- 140. A blend of 20 vitamins and minerals. The Melsi range is used- where possible in small packets in our food parcels. We also supply the entire range of food products used in any feeding scheme, schools refugee camps etc, and in various sizes at the lowest prices. Sizani Foods supplies low cost food parcel to suit the donors budget and the beneficiaries needs. Our food parcels are usually a balance of carbohydrate foods, protein foods, and vitamin rich foods. Our Refugee Food parcels vary in size from a weekly single person food parcel to a family monthly food parcel. The pricing ranges from USD 10.00 to USD 100.00 each, and are either packed in a clear plastic or a cardboard cartons. NOTES The food parcels displayed are samples of what we usually produce, but we can produce just about any food parcel to meet your requirements and budget.
