Terms & Conditions Space will be reserved for the party upon receipt of a complete Agreement. Final guest count must be confirmed 24 hours in advance of the event. Food is portioned and prepared based upon the guest count on file 24 hours in advance of the event date and time. Should your party arrive with fewer or larger number of guests without notifying the restaurant a charge of $50 per person will be billed at the time of your event. Notify the restaurant 24 hours in advance with any special requests or allergies. All prices are per person packages. Additional beverages, tax and 18% gratuity are not included in the package price and will be added to the final bill. A final bill will be presented at the completion of the event, and payment is required at that time. The restaurant reserves the right to use any tables around the party unless other arrangements are made through a manager and written in the final agreement above. The host (signature on file) assumes responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance at the event. This is to include but not limited to any cost incurred by the restaurant for damages by or resulting from conduct of persons in attendance at the event. The restaurant reserves the right to exclude or remove any person(s) from the facility that it deems necessary for any reason. Large parties are booked for a leisurely two and a half hours. As a courtesy to other guests booked after your reservation, please ask your guests to arrive on time and allow for travel and traffic conditions. Events booked during the day must be completed no later than 4:00pm to allow the restaurant to be cleaned and setup to open for business at 5:00pm.
