DAY 1: USA / MONTRÉAL (Thursday, April 5) Overnight flight to Montréal, late evening departure from San Diego. DAY 2: MONTRÉAL (Friday, April 6) Welcome! Your Chauffer Guide will greet you at the airport in Montréal and remain with you for the duration of your trip. Have some free time for lunch. Enjoy a guided walking tour of Old Montréal and discover the picturesque charm of the Old Port. After, visit the Notre Dame Basilica. See its majestic interior of sculpted wood, gold leaf and neo-gothic architecture. Get to know your Chauffer guide over dinner with your group in a local restaurant. Night accommodation in Montréal. DAY 3: MONTRÉAL / QUÉBEC CITY (Saturday, April 7) Today after breakfast, visit McGill University! After, walk with your group to Sainte Catherine Street. For lunch, follow your teachers to Frites Alors and enjoy a typical Montréal Poutine! Then, board your bus to Québec City. On arrival, meet your French-speaking host families. Go home for the evening and get to know your hosts over dinner. DAY 4: QUÉBEC CITY (Sunday, April 8) After, head to the Onhoüa Chetek8e, a Huron Indian village where you will discover the ancestral Huron lifestyle. Participate in a crafting medicine wheel workshop! Enjoy lunch in Huron Village. After, enjoy a guided walking tour and share the secrets of the Old Town: you will walk along the picturesque St-Louis Street, discover the city's fortifications and the shopping district - the oldest in North America! Enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation with your host family. DAY 5: QUÉBEC CITY (Monday, April 9) Enjoy lunch at the school cafeteria. Visit the Musée de la Civilisation. With over 10 exhibits showing at all times including a permanent exhibit of Québec, it is one of Canada's most impressive museums.
After, enjoy a ride on the Funicular in old Québec! DAY 6: QUÉBEC CITY (Tuesday, April 10) Enjoy lunch at the school cafeteria. Take a ferry on the majestic St. Lawrence River to enjoy a sailor's view of the Plains of Abraham and Château Frontenac. Then, visit the Quebec Aquarium and enjoy a behind the scene tour. DAY 7: QUÉBEC CITY (Wednesday, April 11) Head to Sucrerie Blouin, a traditional Cabane à sucre (sugar shack), where you can enjoy an authentic lumberjack meal. After, enjoy a tour of the premises and a ride on the sleigh. Then, discover the magnificent Parc de la Chute Montmorency with its falls higher than those of Niagara Falls. Ride on the funicular! Enjoy some free time to discover and shop in Old Town. DAY 8: QUÉBEC CITY (Thursday, April 12) Enjoy lunch at the school cafeteria. This afternoon, participate in the Let s Go to the Circus Workshop. Accompanied by qualified trainers, try out the tools used by professionals of the trade to discover the trampoline, juggling, uni-cycling, tightrope walking, the aerial disciplines, and many others. DAY 9: QUÉBEC CITY / MONTRÉAL (Friday, April 13) After breakfast with your host families, say a fond au revoir. Board your private bus to Montréal. Enjoy lunch with your group at a local restaurant upon arrival. After, explore the very birthplace of Montréal at Le Musée Pointe à Callière - The multimedia show and virtual figures make for a living, interactive experience.
Transfer to your centrally located hotel and check-in. Then, head for dinner with your group in a local restaurant. After dinner go to Montréal s highest point, Mount Royal, enjoy a night panoramic view of the city from the Belvédère. DAY 10: DEPART (Saturday, April 14) Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Subject to flight schedule, have some leisure time to discover old Montreal with your group. Say a fond au revoir to your chauffer guide and catch your flight back home.
