Section 1: Specifications 1.1 Details of the Call for Expressions of Interest Aġenzija Żgħażagħ, is requesting quotations for the provision of catering services for events being organised as part of the project Drama Tools for Youth workers starting in February 9 th and ending February 13th 2013. Interested service providers are to complete and submit Section 2 of this document by noon on Friday 1st February 2013. The maximum cost allocated for these services is EUR 32 (inc. VAT) and the cheapest compliant offer will be selected. Offers exceeding the above mentioned maximum allocated cost will be ineligible. The cost of these services will be part-financed by the European Union under the Youth in Action Programme. 1.2 Introduction 1.3 Specifications of the Hospitality Services The event to be held as part of Drama Tools for Youth workers will feature a i) a 4 day-long training involving between 25-30 people. Final confirmation for number of portions needed and dates of delivery to be given 4 days prior to service delivery. Crockery, cutlery and glassware are to not be provided by caterer. Hence: i) 5 day training 9th, 10th 11th,12 th, 13 th February Type Requirements Approx. Lunch Cold Buffet including varied selection of at least 2 dishes with 1 salad as well as 2 types of desserts. Meal must include vegetarian options. Drinks: Free flowing water, tea and coffee during lunch 27 per day 9th, 10th, 11th, 12 th 13th February Dinner Warm buffet including varied selection of at least 2 dishes with 1 salad as well as 2 types of desserts. Meal must include vegetarian options. Drinks: Free flowing water,, tea and coffee during dinner 27 per day Submission of Expressions of Interest We are asking interested parties to submit a quote for the abovementioned services using the following format: Event and Item Specifications Unit Price exc. VAT Net Price VAT Total Price inc. VAT It is important to note that submission of quotations will only be accepted directly from service providers and not through intermediaries. Interested service providers are to fill-in and submit Section 2 in order to provide: o A complete quotation with separate prices for each individual event as set out above o All prices must quote VAT separately and in full. Also note that due to the nature of the project a fiscal receipt will need to be issued to Agenzija Zghazagh after payment has been made.

The maximum cost allocated for these services is EUR 32 per person (exc. VAT). Offers exceeding this maximum allocated cost will be ineligible. Evaluations will be based on the net price. Evaluation of expressions of interest Evaluation of the submitted Expressions of Interest will take place on Monday 4 th February at Agenzija Zghazagh. Results will be posted on the Agenzija Zghazagh notice board. Closing Date for Submission Quotations are to be submitted by noon on Friday 1st February 2013 by email to the contact details below.
