Heat N Serve s Easy Day Cookbook! Spice Rice 1 cup of instant rice (minute rice, etc) 1 cup of water 1 1/2 tsp of one of our seasoning blends 4 minutes in the microwave on high in an 800 watt microwave Spicy Mac A box of Mac and cheese and 1 tsp (or less) of the southwest Chipotle seasoning. adds a little new flavor to an old time classic! Heat N Serve Cake Recipe 1 box cake mix, any flavor 12 oz (1 can or 1 ½ cups) soda pop Mix cake mix and pop together in Thatsa bowl with the Silicone spatula until the lumps disappear. Pour into the 6 ¼ cup round or 8 cup square round Heat N Serve container and put the seal on. Place in microwave oven for 7 12 minutes depending on your microwave (May want it on 80% power too). The cake is done when it is a little sticky on top and is pulling away from the sides of the dish. When finished, dump onto a plate and let cool. Great with whip cream and fruit. Some great combinations: White cake and diet 7-up Strawberry cake and 7-up. White cake and cream soda or redpop. Chocolate cake and coke. Chocolate cake and cherry Pepsi. Serve with cherries like a black forest cake. Over the top cake 1 (18.25 oz) pkg German Chocolate cake mix, prepared according to box.5 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk 1 (12 oz) jar fat-free caramel sauce or hot fudge sauce Non-stick spray Optional toppings: 1 (8oz) container reduced fat, non-dairy whipped topping Toffee bits...we used Reese's Pieces ice cream sprinkles Spray container with non-stick spray. Pour batter in a 6.25 cup Heat N Serve container; do not scrape bowl clean. Microwave uncovered on high for 6-8 minutes or until toothpick tests clean. Rotate cake every 2 minutes if you don't have a turntable. Allow cake to cool 5 minutes before inverting on serving plate.

BLACK FOREST Microwave Cake Using a large diameter straw (like a whistle straw), poke several holes into cake. Pour condensed milk over these holes; allow time for cake to absorb milk. Pour caramel sauce over entire cake. (may need to warm caramel sauce in microwave to pour easily) Serve by itself or with whipped topping and toffee bits (optional). Use leftover batter to make mini cake in the soup mug OR cover of Tupperwave 3/4qt casserole. Its a brownie like cake. 1 Chocolate Cake Mix 1 Can Cherry Pie Filling 3 Eggs Mix ingredients together until blended and moist. Pour into Heat N Serve (8 cup). Leave uncovered and microwave on high for 11 minutes. Let set for 3 minutes, invert to release. WHIP CREAM TOPPING 1 pint heavy cream 1 2-ounce midget of confections or granulated sugar Mix heavy cream and sugar in Quik Chef with paddle until it peaks. Frost cake with whip topping. SERVE Banana Cream Cake 1 - Vanilla Cake Mix 1-12 oz. can of Cream Soda 2 - Banana s (mashed) 1 tsp Banana Fl Flavoring avoring 1-16 oz. Cream Cheese Frosting Mix the first 4 ingredients in the Mix Mix-N-Stor Pitcher Pitcher. Do not add the egg or oil. Pour into a 6 cup Heat N Serve container. Place in the microwave without the lid for 8-10 minutes. The cake will start to pull away from the edges when it s done. Let the cake cool completely and invert onto your Clear Impressions Cake Taker ake Taker. Once cake is cooled frost with Cream Cheese frosting. Butter Rum Cake 1 -Yellow Butter Cake Mix 1-12.oz can of Cream Soda 3 T. Dark Rum 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 2 tsp. Cinnamon 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts (optional) Icing 8 oz Classic Vanilla Home-style frosting 2 tsp. Rum Mix cake, soda and rum in the Mix Mix-N-Stor Pitcher. Do not add the egg or oil. Pour half of the batter into the 6 cup Heat N Serve container. Evenly distribute the sugar mixture over the batter. Fill with the rest of cake batter. Place in microwave without the lid and bake for 8 10 minutes. Cake will start to pull away from the edges when baked completely. Let the cake cool and invert onto your Clear Impressions Cake Taker Taker. Mix icing and 2 tsp. rum and microwave for 15 seconds until thin. Drizzle icing over a cooled cake.

Spice Cake 1 - Spice Cake Mix 1-12 12- oz. can of Sprite 1 16 oz Cream Cheese Frosting Mix the cake mix and Sprite in the Mix N-Stor Pitcher. Do not add the egg or oil oil. Pour into the 6 cup HNS container. Place in the microwave WITHOUT the lid, for about 8-9 minutes..let the cake cool completely and invert cake onto your cake taker. Once cake is cooled frost with cream cheese frosting and serve. Gooey Chocolate Brownies 1 (15.1oz.) pkg fudge brownie mix (8 x 8 pan size) 1 large egg 3 Tbsp. water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 (12 oz) jar caramel sauce (opt) In a 6 1/4 cup Heat N Serve Container, mix together first 4 ingredients using Saucy Silicone Spatula. Microwave uncovered on High for 5 6 minutes (rotate every 2 minutes if no turntable) until toothpick tests clean. Cool slightly before scooping out of container: serve warm with 2 Tbsp. of caramel sauce drizzled over each brownie. Chocolate & PB Dip 1 (3.9 oz) pkg chocolate instant pudding 1 (12 oz) can fat-free evaporated milk ½ cup creamy peanut butter Graham crackers, butter crackers or cookies for dipping Place milk and pudding mix into Quick Shake container, add blender insert, seal and shake until thickened. Set aside. In a Heat N Serve container place peanut butter and microwave on high for 30 seconds until slightly melted. Stir in pudding mixture using Saucy Silicone Spatula. Serve immediately or chilled with crackers or cookies. Pizza Dip 1 (8oz) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese (part-skim) 1 (15 oz) jar pizza sauce 1-2 tsp Italian Herb Seasoning Sliced baguette or breadsticks for dipping In a 6 ¼ cup Hear N Serve container layer cheese, and sauce; sprinkle Seasoning on top. Seal and microwave on 70% for 3-5 minutes until mixture is bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Optional toppings: Sliced pepperoni and canned mushrooms.

MICROWAVE SPANISH RICE RECIPE Ingredients: 1 Tbsp butter or margarine 1 cup long grain rice 1 Tbsp Southwest Chipotle Seasoning 1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth 1/2 cup salsa Directions: Melt butter in 8-Cup Square Round Heat N Serve ~ 20 seconds Stir in rice to coat; cover; microwave on High 2 minutes Add remaining ingredients; cover; microwave on High 3-4 min. Stir; cover; microwave on Medium (50% power) 10-12 min. MICROWAVE RICE RECIPE Ingredients: 1 cup rice (not instant rice) 2 cups water 1 Tbsp Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Directions: Mix ingredients together in 8-Cup Square Round Heat N Serve. Cover and vent. Heat on High in microwave for 15 minutes. Let sit for 3-5 minutes. Serve & Enjoy! SCALLOP POTATOS 4 large Golden Brown or 8 large Red potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced (do not use Russet potatoes, they are too hard) 3 Tbsp. Butter or margarine 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder 1/2 tsp. Paprika 1/2 tsp. Seasoning Salt 1 medium Onion sliced 1 1/2 lb Ham Steak cubed 1 Can Crème of Mushroom soup 1/4 cup Milk 1/4 cup water Pour layer of potato mix in 8 Cup Heat N Serve Sprinkle water over layer, and season lightly Sprinkle Cheddar cheese reserving ½ for later Pour remaining potato mix Sprinkle water over layer Cover with lid. Microwave on High for 18 minutes, or until potato s are tender. Sprinkle remaining Cheddar cheese, and cover Let stand, covered, 5 minutes, then stir again before serving. Melt warm butter in Microwave for 30 Seconds on High In bowl, mix sliced potatoes, onion, Crème of Mushroom soup, ham, milk, water, and seasonings and melted butter.

Best Hot Dip Ever 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (8oz.) sour cream 1 pkg. dried beef 1 tsp. Worcestershire ½ green pepper, chopped 2 Tbsp. onion, grated ¼ tsp. garlic salt & pepper slivered almonds Mix all ingredients in the 8 cup Heat n Serve. Top with slivered almonds and microwave on high for 3 ½ - 4 ½ minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with Frito s. Hot Crab Dip 1 (6 ½ oz.) can crab meat 1 (8 oz.) Cream cheese 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. minced onion Rinse crab in cool water. Soften cream cheese in Heat N Serve for 50-60 seconds, stirring after 30 seconds. While cream cheese is in the microwave, mince the onion and add mayo, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Add crab and mixture to cream cheese. Microwave at 50% power for 4-6 minutes, or until mixture is hot, stirring after 2 minutes. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables. Reheat in microwave as needed. 1 medium apple 2 Tbsp. oatmeal 2 Tbsp. flour 2 Tbsp. brown sugar Apple Crisp Chicken Cordon Blue 1 boneless chicken breast 1 piece of Swiss cheese 1 piece of ham luncheon meat Butter, Cracker crumbs Core and chop the apple, place in the Heat N Serve. Mix dry ingredients together and pour over apples. Top with 1 Tbsp. butter and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for 1 minute more. Pound chicken breast until thin, place slice of ham and slice of Swiss cheese on breast. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Roll in melted butter and then cracker crumbs. Microwave on high in 2 cup Heat N Serve for 1 ½ minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. You can do 2 for 3 minutes.

Manicotti: 1 box of Manicotti tube shells uncooked follow recipe on box and make cheese filling pour 1/2-1 cup spaghetti sauce in bottom 2 cup Heat N Serve Stuff uncooked tube shells with cheese filling Lay in Spaghetti sauce. Heat N Serve holds 4 shells. Pour spaghetti sauce over top. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Refrigerate for 24 hours. and heat 5 minutes. Make several and freeze. Mexican Lasagna Prepare filling: 2 3-ounce packages cream cheese 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey 1/3 cup milk ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (other cheese will work) In the Mix and Store stir together filling. Layer Tortilla Pieces 8 5-to6-inch corn tortillas, quartered Prepare sauce 1 10 ¾ oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup 1 4 oz. can diced green chilies drained 1/3 cup sour cream ¼ teaspoon ground cumin In a bowl mix together sauce ingredients. Ingredients for serving: ½ cup shredded cheese ½ cup crushed tortilla chips In 8 cup square round Heat-n- Serve layer starting with the Corn tortillas, half of the chicken filling, half of the sauce, Repeat ending with the sauce. Put ½ cup of cheese on the top and microwave at 70% power for 12-15 minutes or until it is heated thoroughly. Sprinkle tortilla chips on top just before serving. ( this is optional) You can also garnish with chopped tomato and sliced green onions. Easy Dinner: Place 2 peeled, sliced potatoes in 5 cup Heat N Serve Place either 2 skinless Chicken breasts or pork chops on top of potatoes. Pour one of the following undiluted, over the top: Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Chicken or Cream of Celery Soup. (I'm sure you could use other creamed soups as well if desired) Cover, microwave 70% for 15-18 minutes or until meat is cooked thoroughly.

Hot Fudge: 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk 16 oz Hershey Syrup (not fudge) Combine these two in med. deep. Cover, microwave on high for 2-3 minutes until hot. Serve over ice cream or angel food cake. Store left over in refrigerator GREAT CHOCOLATE FONDUE 1-13 oz. bag Rolo candies 2 Tbsp. butter 1-11 oz. bag dark Dove candies 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream (not whipped) Put all ingredients in 6¼ cup Heat 'N Serve container. Heat on Hi power for 1 -minute; stir with Saucy Silicone Spatula. Continue to heat at 1-minute intervals, stirring after each minute, until chocolate is melted. Transfer mixture to the Fondue Pot s ceramic bowl and set it over 2-cups steaming water in 2-qt. base. Keep warm on very low heat. If Fondue gets too thick as it sits, add a small amount of additional cream to thin. IF there are leftovers, it stores well in a sealed piece of Tupperware. Choose from the DIPPERS list. Dip and enjoy! PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE FONDUE 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips ½ cup sugar ½ cup Milk ½ cup creamy peanut butter Put all ingredients in Heat N Serve, on HI microwave 2- minutes, stir with a Saucy Silicone Spatula or whisk until creamy. Choose from the DIPPERS list. Dip and enjoy!
