Clamato (Caesar) or tomato juice (Bloody Mary) dash of Worcestershire sauce dash of hot sauce tiny dash of liquid smoke garnish of your choice INGREDIENTS FOR RIM ¼ tsp. salt ¼ tsp. pepper ½ tsp. smoked paprika Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge and dip into salt, pepper and smoked paprika mix. In a shaker half filled with ice, add all ingredients and shake well. Strain into the pre rimmed glass filled with ice. HEAD MOJO 2 oz. soda 2 fresh mint sprigs lime wheels 2 tbsp. coarse sugar (to taste) Rub rim of glass with lime and dip into coarse sugar. Muddle mint sprigs, lime wheels and coarse sugar in bottom of glass. Then add ice and Crystal Head. Stir well then top with soda. Sprig of fresh mint and lime wheels
SEXY NAVEL 1 ½ oz. fresh orange juice or tangerine juice ½ oz. Galliano splash of soda orange cubes cinnamon In a highball glass filled with ice, combine Crystal Head, orange juice and Galliano. Stir well then top with a splash of soda. Cut a thick slice of orange, then slice into rectangular pieces. Cut them in half then skewer. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon in a decorative pattern.
PURE-TINI 2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka ½ oz. dry vermouth ½ oz. olive brine 2 olives Add Crystal Head and dry vermouth into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Add olive brine. Depending on your preference, place either a lemon twist or a skewer of your choice of olives (stuffed or regular).
NIGHT CAP ½ oz. premium coffee liqueur 1 freshly brewed espresso shot Chocolate shavings or coffee beans Pour Crystal Head, coffee liqueur and espresso into a martini shaker filled with ice. DAN S 54 BAR CAR 2 oz. Crystal Head Vodka 1/4 oz. dry vermouth 1/4 oz. olive brine 2 olives 1 pearl onion Add Crystal Head and dry vermouth into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Add olive brine. Skewer of two olives and one pearl onion
THE NORTHERN PEACH 2 ½ oz. natural peach juice ¼ oz. basil simple syrup fresh basil leaves Pour all ingredients into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake well then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a fresh basil leaf. *slap leaf between hands first to release oil BASIL SIMPLE SYRUP: Add equal parts sugar and water in a pot, along with 4-5 basil leaves. Bring to a boil ensuring not to scortch the sides. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Store and cool mixture before using. Will last up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

CHV NEGRONI 1 oz. Crystal Head Vodka 1 oz. sweet vermouth 1 oz. Campari orange peel Pour Crystal Head, vermouth and Campari into a rocks glass over ice. Twist orange peel to release the citrus oils, then drop into cocktail.
I M INTO GINGER ½ oz. premium orange liqueur 2 oz. cranberry juice 2 oz. ginger beer Add Crystal Head Vodka, premium orange liqueur, cranberry juice and ginger beer to a tall glass filled with ice. Stir Gently. Lime wheel
