Primitive Asado Equipment Uruguayan Grill, 54 X 27.5 An Large Uruguayan Grill, designed to bring real gaucho style meats to your table. The hearth and hearth grate is used to burn wood to red hot coals which are then pushed beneath the grill grate for the best tasting barbecue. The adjustable grill angle allows for total control of the grilling temperature, and different grill temperatures to be maintained simultaneously, allowing the grill to be used for beef, pork, chicken, sausage, and sweetbreads. Primitive Asado Equipment Infiernillo Our Infiernillo consists of 2 54 X 27 fire (solid) grates and 1 54 X 27 food (expanded metal) grate, and a system of brackets and slides. Pull the food grate out from between the 2 fire grates, load it with veggies and/or meat, and slide the food grate between the 2 fires. The infiernillo is repeatedly referenced and used in Francis Mallmann s book, Seven Fires. Options include steel curtains to place on 3 sides to contain heat and block wind, or a 3 foot high leg configuration (standard leg height is 5 feet) for firehouse barbecue. Buy extra sections to make a grill as long as your space allows! 10
Dutch Oven Equipment Portable Dutch Oven Stand and Grill All my boys take camping with them in the deserts of California or West Texas. A Portable Dutch Oven Stand and Grill Set is designed to hold one or more Dutch ovens and/or a grill over a bed of coals. Constructed of 1/2" hot rolled steel, the hooks can be placed over a length of 32". The legs are 34" in length and fold flat for storage or transport. There are four different length hooks to allow adjustment of oven height. Two additional hooks are provided to support the grill. The grill is 11" X 16", and the height of the grill can be adjusted by chain. A lid lifter is included but the Dutch oven is not included. Dimensions: 34 X 30 X 30.
