Flavour: Full in the mouth, noble and evident tannins. Supple and persistent finish with spicy notes found in the nose. Serving temperature ( C): 16-18 Match with: Red and white meat dishes. Cheese Average no. bottles/year: 5,000 Grape yield per hectare tons: 8 Vinification and ageing: Alcoholic fermentation with pumping over of the must for 5 days followed by a maceration with the skins for 15-20 days. Malo-lactic fermentation in steel. The wine matures in French oak casks of a capacity of 10-15 hectolitres for approximately 18 months. The wine was bottled in January 2014.
