As Event and Catering Manager, it is my responsibility to see that our staff and I do everything we can to ensure your experience at The Woodlands Golf and Country Club is exceptional. For your convenience, we have enclosed a copy of our banquet guidelines along with sample menus and beer, wine, and liquor pricing. Whether you are having a birthday party, a family reunion, a company outing, or a wedding reception, we would love to accommodate you and your guests. Banquet Facilities The Woodlands Golf and Country Club offers 3 rooms to host events in as well as a covered deck that overlooks the senic driving range and golf course. Our 3 rooms have dividers between them that can be removed and the open space is able to comfortably seat up to 150 people. There is a fully stocked and functional bar in the main banquet room. Food During your initial appointment with our event staff, you will have an opportunity to meet with our Chef, Corey, and discuss what you would like to serve at your event. Some sample menu items are provided further on in the packet. We kindly ask that you use our catering service for all food excluding themed desserts such as wedding and birthday cakes. Decoration All events that are catered by us will include tableware for all guests, mirrors for the center of tables, and fused glass candleholders for the centerpieces if you would like to use them. Linens for the tables are included in rental packages and we collaborate with a company that offers a large variety of chair covers for an additional fee. As for any other decoration you may want at your event, you will be able to access the event space at 8am on the morning of your event to put up any additional decorations. Time of clean-up is dependent on other club events. To preserve the integrity of the clubhouse, we request no nailing, tacking, or taping on the walls, ceiling, or any other part of the building without approval from the Woodlands Management. Serving Time All event set-ups will be complete no later than 45 minutes prior to the event start time. If you need to delay the serving time, please let the Catering Director know immediately to ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of your food. All buffets will be refreshed until all guests have eaten. All hors d oeuvres stations will be refreshed until the buffet is depleted or for up to two hours. Cake Cutting Service Our Food and Beverage staff will cut and plate any cake you serve at your event. We provide napkins, cake plates, and forks for all guests. This service is available upon request. Entertainment Our event rooms are set up with surround sound speakers and are compatible with most AV equipment. In your initial meeting with our Events Director, we can recommend some deejays for your event. We have a projector, screen, microphone and speakers that can be rented for your event for an additional fee. We also have a wooden dance floor that can be put down in the banquet rooms if needed. Beverages The Club as a licensee is responsible for the administration of the sale and service of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the State ABC Board Regulation. It is policy, therefore, that all liquor, beer, and wine must be supplied by the Club and served by Club staff. Bar Options -Cash Bar Attendees are responsible for purchasing their own drinks and tipping bartenders.

Contracts, Deposits, and Payments Deposit to Reserve Date: $250 30 Days Prior to Event: 50% deposit (non-refundable) 15 Days Prior to Event: Balance due 10 Days Prior to Event: Attendance Guarantee Rental Fee: Based on number of rooms ($250/room) Set-Up Fee: $250 Cancellations Guarantee of attendance is required 10 days before the event. The full event cost will be charged to the renter if the event is cancelled within 7 days. The Woodlands reserves the right to select a room based on the size of the group. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the facility, or to be taken out of the facility by the renter or the renter s guests.
