The Lombard itineraries and tour packages for all are the main outputs of the European project A.L.L. - Across the Lombards Lands www.acrosslombardslands.eu The itineraries for all allow visitors to discover the Lombard heritage of some historical locations in Italy and Slovenia. Following the routes in an interactive map on the project website, visitors find information about the main historical-artistic sites and tourism services of the territory, including detailed information on their accessibility features, so that each visitor can choose the paths and the structures most suitable to her/his own specific needs. The description of the Lombard heritage sites is enriched by a multimedia information system that allows you to deepen the knowledge of the art and culture of this people, either by travelling through the itineraries virtually, within the project website, or on the site, through activating QR Codes located near the Lombard points of interest. With the aim of fostering the itineraries use and enlarging the tourism supply of the Lombard destinations, nine ready-made tour packages for all have been developed, designed to guarantee the highest satisfaction of the visitor, with a balance of cultural enrichment and enjoyable recreation in unique surroundings. The packages are carefully planned to take into account the specific access needs of the widest range of visitors, so that everyone has a rewarding visit. SPOLETO THE CAPITAL OF THE LOMBARD DUCHY An urban path to discover the rich Lombard heritage of Spoleto. You will have an opportunity to immerse yourself in the glorious past of the city, the capital of one of the most important Duchies established by the Lombards in Italy, and to deepen your knowledge of this people still mysterious but fundamental for the history and culture of Italy and Europe. TOUR PACKAGES THE CITY OF THE DUKES - The Lombard masterpieces of Spoleto A day dedicated to Spoleto, the Capital of Lombard Duchy, with an urban tour that will introduce visitors to the main Lombard monuments of the town. LOMBARD ATMOSPHERES - Experience the Lombard art, culture and traditions in the capital of the Duchy Two days tour to discover the Lombard heritage of Spoleto made up of monuments and archaeological remains but also of culinary and handicraft traditions. The itinerary that runs along the Spoleto Valley and Valnerina allows you to experience the culture of the place, where Lombard artistic and cultural aspects combine the splendid views of the Umbrian landscape, the typical oil production, wine, cereals and legumes, which evoke an authentic atmosphere from the lively call of medieval times. THE LOMBARD TERRITORIES OF SLOVENIA An itinerary to discover the testimonies left by the Lombards in the territories of Slovenia, where they settled for some years before invading Italy. The itinerary, stretching through most of Slovenia, allows you to admire some of the most beautiful places in the country: the capital city Ljubljana with its Middle- European atmosphere, the breathtaking views of Bled and its lake, the uncontaminated nature of the eastern part of the country.
