New Year s Eve, and any accommodation bookings carry a 50.00 per person deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Food and drink pre-order forms will be sent to you along with your final invoice (which will need to be paid by Friday 25th November). We ll let you know when the pre-order forms are due back but if you don t return them in time, we can t guarantee your first choices. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.
