Founded in 2013, Hip Cellar is a HKQAA-assured, 24-hour temperature and humidity controlled urban cellar storage space with panoramic harbourview dining rooms, a chillout lounge and a W ine Library for tastings and gatherings among friends. Since December 2015, the dining rooms have been relaunched as we collaborate with Boston-born celebrity Chef David Myers to open AnOther Place by David Myers. Chef Myers was the mastermind behind Comme Ca and Hinoki & the Bird (Los Angeles), Salt Water and David Myers Café (Tokyo) and lately Adrift at Marina Bay Sands (Singapore). An eternally changing French Asian 4 -, 6- and 8-course degustation menu will be offered, with the option of menu on request for cellar members. Camouflaged in an industrial complex situated on Hong Kong s Victoria harbourfront, this speakeasy dining room unfolds Chef Myers own gastronomic West-meet-East adventures through a Japanese -inspired seasonal degustation menu. Not-to-be-missed are pop-up local artist exhibitions and contemporary music gigs that grace the chillout lounge and hallways. Not a café, not a bistro, not a restaurant, this is AnOther Place, curated for social diners who are looking for high-quality, intimate gastronomic experience.

Flexible use of space: Lounge area can be partitioned by 100% soundproof glass into two sections to allow for simultaneous business networking and confidential business negotiations. The dining area can also be partitioned into 3 separate sections or used as one spacious main activity sp ace according to event requirements. Photographer, Florist, Live Band and entertainment arrangements: A one-stop solution to party hosts who wish to bring a one-of-a-kind experience to their guests. The menu of canapés is only available on request as it frequently changes depending on the freshest ingredients on the market. 3. The menu of 4-course degustation menu can be upgraded to a 6 -course or 8-course menu by adding $200 or $400 per head respectively. Menu on request can be accommodated given advance notice. 4. Every diner can enjoy complimentary usage of 3 wine glasses. A wine glass usage fee will be charged at $20 per glass for any additional glasses requested.
