ARVI KALAKUTAI established in 2002 is the only specialized turkey processing and production company in the Baltic States. The company belongs to the ARVI group of enterprises uniting agricultural and food sector companies. It has chosen to use the equipment of the Dutch company Stork for quality production. The slaughtering and meat processing technologies in the company meet the highest EU requirements, The company applies the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) program, which guarantees proper management of all production processes and evaluation of risk factors. The company has received the EU Veterinary Certificate, and the BRC (British Retail Consortium) Global Standard Certificate is renewed annually. Six turkey growing enterprises with 20 farms that belong to the ARVI group raise turkeys and supply to a butchery and meat processing manufactory. Arvi kalakutų fermos farms completely meets national and EU environmental, veterinary, hygiene and animal well-being standards and requirements. ARVI KALAKUTAI cherishes the traditions of healthy nutrition. The taste of turkey meat depends mostly on how they were fed. Fowls raised in our turkey farms are fed with special feeds balanced for turkeys and produced in the ARVI feed enterprise. The feeds undergo heat treatment, thus they are easier to digest and prevent illnesses. Following high feed production technology standards, the company uses as much local raw material as possible. ARVI KALAKUTAI processes over 6.000 tons of turkey a year. The range comprises over 100 turkey products, which repeatedly receive the highest awards in international exhibitions.
